Great bass
Great bass and u shaped running. Loved the accessories and high quality cable that it comes with.

Remember that reviews and opinions are subjective. I've read from different professional audioheads that these IEMs are both stellar and so-so. The truth is probably in the middle somewhere, although they all seem to agree that the value on them is very high. My main concern going in (first IEMs for me) was that the treble would be insufficient. They said, "the treble isn't as high quality as other IEMs." Those "other IEMs" turn out to cost far, far more - and it's worth noting that MORE treble isn't always good or pleasant. Many also cite them as heavy in the bass. The treble presented in these IEMs sounds very nice to my ears, and the bass does not overpower the other frequencies. This results in a great overall presentation, with a lush, rich, and detailed final sound. I primarily listen to metal or rock (Revocation, Tool, The Zenith Passage, Steven Wilson) in no less than CD quality FLAC through a quality DAC using USB Audio Pro Player on the 4.4 mm balanced port. About ten percent of my other listening would be pop, neo soul, classical, or jazz, and it does not disappoint there either. The music will only sound as good as the entire chain permits (mentioned above), and this is particularly important for the ear tips. A weak seal will sound thin and empty. The included Dunu S&S tips are grippy and make for an excellent starting point. Do yourself a favor and experiment with the fit. I needed a larger tip in one ear, and it made a world of difference. The ports do have nipples that hold ear tips in place (others in this price range do not). While the included cable's termination swap is a great feature, the wire is a bit stiff and will interfere with comfort and/or fit. Overall, I am impressed with the portable sound quality and only have complaints regarding the cable. Spend time on fitting the ear tips, swap the cable out, and make sure the audio signal chain is tip top. It will leave you wondering how much more one would need to spend for a discernible improvement. My guess is at least three times as much.

I was about to give up on finding my desired blend. Had to go up in investment but worth every penny. With the Schiit stack or Gold Note or A&K SP1000, they perform admirably. They ain’t FocalMG but half the price.

These are unreal for electronic music. I've been going through some Fabric mixes the last couple days, especially stuff like rhadoo, Villalobos, and other micro-house artists, and I'm constantly impressed. This music demands accurate and detailed reproduction, and the DaVincis provide it. Very detailed with good sense of space, solid bottom end, and they take to EQ very nicely. Sound stage is wide. Comfort is good for me, with both the included s&s (what I normally use on IEMs) and candy eartips providing comfort and great sound. Cable and accessories are high quality, as expected from Dunu. If this was the only pair of IEMs I could own, I wouldn't be happy. The bass is too slow and bleeds too much into the mids for me to even consider using these for metal. Especially something with fast double kick. I also own Dunu SA6 MK2, which absolutely annihilate the DaVincis for metal. The DaVincis are kind of niche in my opinion, and I'll be relegating solely to electronic music. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a very detailed, technical, darker, bass heavy signature. I don't listen to rap or pop, but imagine they'd excel for those genres. The guy who gave these one star because he dropped and broke them is not living in the realm of common sense. Don't let that bad review dissuade you.
