These little guys did the job that I needed. I would probably recommend using a joiner or something that is made to press these in. I used a needle nose pliers and a hammer and found that it was pretty difficult in harder wood or wood that has knots. I ended up bending a lot of them before I got the hang of it. They are made very well and once I got them in they held great!

I have traditionally put splines in the corners of frames I have made. These v-nails are slightly less elegant than splines, but definitely easier and faster to install. Plus, they are hidden on the back so that is another plus. I am very happy with this product.

So much better than similar products sold at the big box hardware stores! I had trouble with several similar products until I found these. Just be sure to determine which edge has the slightly sharpened point to make hammering them in easier!

Worked like a charm, especially combined with the magnetic holder. Doesn't do well cross grain, but when making a 45° angle join on a picture frame, works amazingly fine.

Hard to tell which side is the sharp and which is the hammering side. However it's one of the better product in the market.
