Beurer Unisex – Erwachsene Corefit Antelope

I've been using this EMS belt twice a week and some people said I even got a 12-pack now (if it only existed ;-). It definitely, strengthened my core and reduced my lower back pain. There is no need to replace the gel pads because it has inbuilt silcon ones that can be just sprayed with little bit of water. No additional contact gel is needed. So this reduces the extra maintenance costs many similar EMS products require. Gel pads also tend to wear off pretty quickly, depending on their quality and they don't always adhere well so this is a big advantage of Beurer's EMS belt that you pay only once. The only downside is the sizing and battery. The smallest set up is too loose for me meaning I need to for e.g. use something on top of it to wrap it well around so it stays in place. And because of that it's hard to actually do core exercises simultaneously, particularly those requiring more movement like dynamic mountain climbers. Secondly, it would definitely benefit from rechargeable lithium-ion battery . Alternatively, rechargeable batteries can be used although they don't seem to hold as long as the single use ones. Other than that it's a good quality product and definitely much more powerful than a lot of EMS products.

The training belt is adjustable to fit multiple sizes, but I can't get it tight enough to fit properly very easily. Looking at the measurement, it says it goes to a minimum of 75cm, which is the average waist size for a women's size 12. I did manage to get it to fit by rolling up 2 t-shirts and padding out my sides with them so the belt can grip a bit tighter. I also wanted to try the belt with rechargeable batteries just to see if that was an option. I tried them with 1100 mAh rechargeable batteries and the belt only worked on the back section, not the abdominal pad . Replacing the batteries with the disposable ones meant both pads worked. I have some health issues with my abdominal muscles, so I can't fairly say how well this works as it is hard for me to tell. However, my back muscles seem to respond well to the pulses, and after a session they feel tired. I'm still only on a very mild setting as it takes me a while to recover from using the belt in my back, and so I have not been using it more than 1 time a week. I have it on setting 1 for back, and 3 for abdominal muscles, and that is enough for me. This really needs an extended amount to time to really know if it doing much, but for now I am quite happy with it.

It comes up short of the stated length even with the extension piece but was able to modify a back brace to hold it in place

Easy way to programming the function very practical fit good, of course will depend on your big or small fatty belly

Its an excellent belt up till now, but I will tell you how good it is over the next few months.

My expectations were higher,not for me

Très efficace et puissant ESM. Le système humidification de la ceinture plus humidification de la peau en font un appareil sans gel necessaire durable et non jetable. Chez moi il remplace définitivement un appareil à patch gel à la colle éphémère.

Plusy: -Dobrze masuje plecy -bardzo dobrze się trzyma - baterie trzymają bardzo dobrze -produk wykonany z bardzo dobrych materiałów no i markowy -łatwe do czyszczenia - bardzo podoba mi sie mocowanie modułu sterujacego :D Minusy : -paskiem można objąć z 4 osóby trzeba go mocna sciągnąć po obu stronach i seee dynda. - Zamiast akumulatora mamy tu 3x AAA co jest z mojej perspektywy średnie - Troszkę brakuje mocy ale może się czepiam -wyświetlacz lekko ciemnawy Pozdrwaiam i czytajcie instrukcję ;)
