Hard Candy

My husband is diabetic and he really likes these. Every once in awhile you want a sweet treat and he likes these the best. I do too - because they don't contain anything but the stevia for a sweetner. If you're diabetic, or maybe just want a little less sugar in your life, this brand is worth a taste try. They are individually wrapped. Easy to put in a mason jar - tasty treats. These used to come in a tin - but I like the bag, individually wrapped better. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I tried these after reading the somewhat rave reviews but I don’t taste what they taste! I only think they’re slightly cherry flavored, kind a like a watered down version of a popular cherry flavored throat lozenge. Obviously, pretty pricey at nearly .50 cents per small candy, I highly doubt you’d be willing to drop 2 quarters for these at a vending machine! Neither of my grandchildren wanted another one after trying them. I’ll finish the bag because they aren’t bad but I won’t be purchasing them again because they just aren’t worth the price.

I order a certain yarn and with every order comes little heart shaped cherry hard candies that I absolutely love, I could only get them when I ordered yarn and my husband was about to toss me out the window if I kept ordering yarn I honestly didn’t need from Europe just so I could have a cherry heart candy. I’ve tried all sorts of cherry candies and finally found something almost exactly the same! Only difference is they aren’t heart shaped, but I digress…If you’re a person who loves hard cherry candy or if you know what I’m talking about, THESE ARE IT!

This is a candy that has almost no taste at all. Cherry flavored? Nope, you can hardly taste anything at all. You might as well be sucking on the wrappers. The candy itself is about the size of a dime, so each one is very tiny. The idea of utilizing a hard candy is to leave a good taste in your mouth. As I just stated, there is no outstanding cheery taste or anything else. My suggestion is to skip these and keep searching another hard candy because this one is garbage!
