Lovely case, bought it was i was travelling abroad and was easy to transport it in my hand bag,the size it's quite decent maybe for multiple pen/ injection The gel packs after you keep them in the frizer works wonders to keep your medicines cold

Muy útil. Tamaño bocadillo de baguette, viene con las almohadas de frío y conserva durante horas el frío en las plumas. Caben dos plumas y sus agujas de insulina. Buena compra.

Erfüllt seinen Zweck und hat eine gute Kühlleistung. Man kann auch einfach das Etui zusätzlich in den Kühlschrank packen. Da wie bereits erwähnt, die Pens mit den Kühlakkus in direkten Kontakt kommen, muss man bei Medikamenten z.B. zur Gewichtsabnahme aufpassen. Diese dürfen nicht gefrieren. Man kann aber einfach ein etwas dickeren Stück Stoff als Barriere dazwischen packen. Auch bei Sicherheitskontrollen am Airport funktioniert es im Handgepäck ohne Probleme.
