Works great. Strong power and speed.

Better than I thought it would be. My expensive Makita conked out on me. The Black and Decker did too, though only used occasionally. I was mid project making Valances for my over tall windows, to hang the shades from. I added 2x4's nailed to the widow jamb, with a piece of plywood over it and 1 x 4 along the bottom that the shade mounts to. Lots of fine sanding. I also needed something to use on the ladder as I repainted the enormous window trim, This was a bit heavy for that. Overall, use was simple and efficient, a bit heavy for ladder work, but the project was finally completed. Good value for the money.

Seems to be good product

I came back to write this review because the dust collection on this sander is just about unbelievable. As close to 100% as you are going to get with a hand held sander. There is a little dust swirling around the sanding pad, but the bag fills up quickly. I dont know how they did it so well. The other features of the sander are also way better than I expected. The power is much stronger than its price tag would indicate. The feel in the hand is comfortable and you can just glide along and let the sander do the work because it is balanced correctly. I am absolutely impressed and will probably be buying another before they realize all of this and raise the price. This sander competes with DeWalt and Milwaukee but prices itself below Ryobi.

This works perfectly. I absolutely love it.

I used this sander to refinish a 1963 Motorola stereo console. I sanded the walnut veneer without an issue, though they probably made veneer thicker back in those days! The dust catcher worked fairly well, but I still had to vacuum up a lot of dust after each sanding session. It's great that it comes with sandpaper, and it is a standard size orbital, so you can easily get more sandpaper, and other attachments like wool for buffing. It's well made and doesn't make too much noise!

Fantastic Sander!! I am very pleased with it. I've had almost 1 year and this week I've put it thru some tough work me and it doing overhead porch sanding. I see the price has gone up but I guess most things have. Buy it you will be happy with it at least most of us are!!!
