I was skeptical at first, since this is a Chinese knock off of Lego. But the quality from Mould King is very good. It arrived in the factory box. Manual was very easy to follow. I believe there is 1 unclear area in the manual, but an experienced Lego builder will have easy time figuring it out. Everything works, no missing bricks, and a lot of extra pins. The tracks are little clunky. Don’t expect to be picking up a lot with this crane, unless you modify the turret. The turret is this crane’s weak point. This is a huge crane. I measured it at 7’-2” to the top of the boom. This was a fun build, took me around 20 hours to build it. I found the quality of Mould King to be good, that I have ordered another Mould King kit.

Awesome crane. No missing parts, good instructions. This thing is a chore to put together tho. Id say 20 or so hours. Im amazed at the work that went into making this and the fact that it was only 250 bucks. Only thing that scared me was the instruction manual makes it seem like you need a ty package for every numbered section. Thats not the case tho. The ty packages were all there and this thing is a beast. I ran 7 parts in the block and added 3lbs of extra counterweight. Changed out the load line for mono fishing line but I'll probably switch to braided. I revised the block hook a little bit to better accommodate larger slings. Can't wait to buy more mould king stuff.

Its a great build, and it hits my 7-foot ceilings before it can fully extend. The build is a but tedious, the whole upper part rests freely on the treads, and doesnt balance until you add most of the boom sections on The booms themselves are monotonous, I lost count several times when building each of the 4 sections, and had to refer to the box to count the braces. It otherwise is a great set, and makes an awesome centerpiece to my construction fleet. NOTE: when moving the hook up and down, it's best to add some weight on the end to make sure the string stays tight, otherwise it tends to become a bird nest

Crane is amazing, for its size , 400 dollars cheaper than lego. Although lego crane is much better built !!! Counter weights on this crane doesn't hold the weight if jibs, and rotating joint is very weak !!! Greatly disappointed in product !!!

I enjoyed building this crane. Packaging, instructions and block quality is just as good as Lego. With that said the model is unstable due to weak spots, insufficient counter weight and the base is not large enough for the size and weight of the towers. If the towers were scaled down 20% I believe it would be much more stable. The rotational assembly (yellow round gear) attaching the track system to the crane unit proved to be the Achilles heal. The upper and lower unit pop into place and unfortunately pop loose easy separating the lower and upper units bringing the whole crane crashing down, actually breaking blocks, rods and pins under it’s own weight. The upper crane movements were smooth and fun. But within 30 minutes of use it was busted. I was driving the crane forward on a hard smooth floor, when I released the sticks, the crane stopped then started tipping forward. The upper unit popped loose from the lower unit. Well worth the price. A absolute massive crane, all functions work properly and smoothly. Using the app on the phone or the included controller responded quickly. Brick quality is the same as other major brands and no issues during assembly. Definitely recommend this.

Preis Leistungsmäßig ist das ein unschlagbar gutes Set. Aufbau ist zwar etwas zum mitdenken aber relativ simple. Leider haben bei mir beim Ausleger einige Teile gefehlt und somit konnte ich die letzten vier Bauschritte nicht durchführen und bin bei 2,16 Meter stehen geblieben und ich bin 1,80 Meter groß. Auch wenn das Set bei mir nicht vollständig war bin ich aber sehr zufrieden und würde es auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen👌👍🏼 Hat meinerseits 5 Sterne verdiehnt

Real fun build. not to complicated. My 7 yr old help build the drive assembly on his own, that is how easy the instructions are. It super cool going to be buying more. Also did a few mods. Like 3 pounds of concrete counter weights

Sehr rasche Lieferung und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden wieder bei Mould King kaufen - sehr gute Alternative zu Lego. Da sich beim Kran viele Bauabschnitte wiederholen, war er in ziemlich kurzer Zeit fertig gebaut. Sehr gute Anleitung mit Spielraum für eigene Kreativität, z.B. bei der Kabelverlägung kann man die Kabel auch selbst so verlägen, damit sie gut platziert sind - kein stupides Abarbeiten. Alle Bauteile waren vorhanden. Der Kran ist massiv gebaut und riesig. Wenn man selbst ein paar Gegengewichte hinzufügt, kann man doch einiges an Gewicht heben.

Came in 2 days and wasn’t missing anything brick quality seems to be on par with Lego but instructions are a little unclear but not horrible (DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WHEN INSTALLING BOOM AND JIB THE BLUE SUPPORTS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO HOLD IT) other then the boom/ jib installation I had no other issues

1. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell, nur ca. 5 Tage statt der angegebenen ca. 14 Tage 2. Die Verpackung war ein typischer billiger, dünner "China Shipping" Karton. Aber da drin war dann noch die eigentliche Mould King Produktverpackung. Diese sieht schön aus, war aber wegen den dünnen Umkarton schon ziemlich zerbeult. Also nichts für Sammler. 3. Alle Motoren funktionieren einwandfrei und lassen sich stufenlos anfahren (also nicht nur an / aus) 4. Alle Teile waren vorhanden und ich musste nichts nachbestellen (Musste ich bisher bei Mould King noch nie) 5. die Klemmkraft die Steine ist extrem groß. Für solche Riesenmodelle braucht man ja eine große Stabilität, aber auseinander bauen ist echt schwierig 6. Alle Teile befinden sich in mehreren Tüten (Bauabschnittschnitten) und dort nochmal in x Beuteln einigermaßen sortiert nach Größe 7. Die Anleitung ist an sich recht gut, ca. 676 Bauschritte. Einige Sachen sieht man nicht so gut und 2 wichtige Schritte haben dort gefehlt. Aber mit etwas gesunden Menschenverstand lässt sich das trotzdem gut zusammen bauen. Negative Dinge: 1. Einige Teile befinden sich in der falschen Tüte. Z.B. vermisst man ein Teil bei Bauabschnitt 1 und schaut dann genau hin, und in der Tüte für Bauabschnitt 4 ist so ein Teil zu viel drin 2. Einige Teile waren in der falschen Farbe. Aber das ist halb so schlimm, nur etwas verwirrend bei der Suche. 3. Die Räder des Raubenantriebs würden extrem am Rahmen schleifen (zu nah dran und dann zu viel Widerstand). Diese musste ich mit Schmirgelpapier etwas abschleifen. 4. Ein wichtiges Zahnrad ist zu nah am Rahmen und kann sich deshalb praktisch nicht drehen, hier musste ich einen kleinen Teil aus dem Rahmen rausschneiden. 5. Die Kabelführung ist am Ende etwas unglücklich. Diese liegen einfach nur lose im gleichen Raum wie alle Spulen mit den Seilen. So verheddern sich die Kael aber. Die muss man also irgendwie wie abbinden. 6. Die Gegengewichte sind zu leicht. Hier braucht man eher mehr davon. 7. Der Ganze Unterbau ist ein Teil und der ganze Oberbau ist ein Teil und beide werden nur auf einander gesetzt, ohne irgendeine Verbindung und es wird gehofft, dass es durch die Schwerkraft hält. (So lange wie man nichts bewegt funktioniert das auch) 8. Das Modell ist ziemlich schwer. (ca. 6 kg ) Wenn beide Raupen vor oder beide Raupen zurück fahren, dann geht das gut, aber eine vor und die andere zurück (also um den ganzen Kran zu drehen) schaffen die armen Motoren einfach nicht mehr. (zu viel widerstand) 9. Die ganzen Teile werden mit sehr großen Kräften belastet, mir ist das Modell 2 mal zusammengebrochen, vor allem dann wenn man den Kranausleger weit vor fahren will. Dann kippt der Oberbau einfach nach vorne und alles zerbricht und dann ist es echt mühsam das wieder zu reparieren, weil ja auch überall die Seile noch hängen/blockieren. 10. Zum Spielen ist er dadurch also eher weniger geeignet. Insgesamt aber auf jedem Fall ein unfassbar tolles Modell, ca. 25 Stunden "Bauspaß" in etwa zum Halben Preis was Lego pro Teil verlangt.
