This is puzzle is amazing quality. The pieces are shiny and the colors vibrant. The pieces are well cut and sturdy. They have letters marked on the back to help you if you get stuck! Also, it's packaged in sections, which makes it so much easier for my 80 year old mother to enjoy the puzzle. I LOVE this puzzle and will buy this brand again for sure.

Beautiful, challenging puzzle! The pieces are well-made and interlock nicely. There are letters on the back of the pieces to indicate which section of the puzzle it goes in for those that want an easier puzzling experience.

Really enjoyed this puzzle. The pieces come in a resealable bag, and there's a letter on the back of each piece (denoting its sector and orientation) that is tremendously helpful in puzzle sorting and time reduction. The cut quality is excellent, the color gradients are vibrant and/or softened where they need to be, and the pieces fit together perfectly. EXACTLY what you want in a jigsaw puzzle! Highly recommend.

It’s nice. The puzzle is beautiful. Very colorful and glossy. Love the lettered sections. It’s not really cheating, just makes it easier to sort. However, the poster it comes with is useless. The colors are way off from the actual puzzle making it impossible to follow. Otherwise, it is a nice product.

We enjoyed completing this puzzle but even more than that found the customer service to be excellent! The colors on the puzzle are bright and the pieces glide together easily. I bought it because I loved the images of the cats and stained glass. Unfortunately, we were missing 2 of the pieces and I wanted to frame it to put it on the wall. I emailed the customer service email on their website to get the 2 pieces, not expecting a response. Only a day later did I receive a kindly written email apologizing and offering to send another puzzle over to make up for it. I was thrilled and could not thank them enough. I've just received the new puzzle box! They've found a lifelong customer in me.

Gorgeous, yet complex puzzle. Took us several days to complete, but we framed the finished product and our granddaughter was thrilled with it as a gift and took it to hand up as a picture in her home.

Excellent design, quality and a little difficult

Pieces are a little thinner than some puzzles but the printing is incredibly vibrant and glossy. The image really pops when completed. Has some helpful markings on back of pieces to help if you wish to use them.
