So good!
These are even better than chia seeds! No โbasilโ flavor, or any flavor at all! Great nutricious, high fiber addition to oven n night oats!

Just like the boba shop! Perfect addition to Jasmine tea.
I bought these to recreate my favorite boba shop order at home: Jasmine tea with basil seeds. They taste great and have worked perfectly! It feels like such a special treat every time I make it, and itโs much more cost-effective than buying it out. If you love that specific boba shop texture and flavor, these are exactly what you need.

Basil seeds- the new Chia....
Iโve been using Zen Basil seeds for a while now, and Iโve come to genuinely enjoy them. They have a clean, mild taste that blends easily into smoothies, yogurt, or even just a glass of water, and the texture becomes pleasantly gel-like without feeling heavy. They are very fresh. Lasts a very long time. Beyond the taste and versatility, Iโve really noticed the difference they make in digestion โ theyโre gentle, soothing, and leave me feeling balanced. They are a little expensive, but an overall good product. Another meaningful advantage for me is that Zen Basil seeds are certified Kosher. Overall, theyโve become a small but steady part of my daily routine, and Iโve been consistently impressed with how helpful and easy they are to incorporate.

Secret boost for better gut health
I eat fresh black basil seed daily (as a substitute for Chia Seeds). It goes great in a protein smoothie with ground flax. Highly nutritious, they are rich in fiber, iron, and omega-3 fatty acids. High fiber content helps manage blood sugar levels, promotes satiety, and aids digestion. Gluten Free, Lectin Free, Vegan, Keto, Paleo. Organic - great value for the money.

Good quality basil seeds. But don't give up your CHIA seeds
These basil seeds from Zen Basil are good quality and the nutrient profile is good. They are easy to incorporate into our diets in smoothies, etc. Unlike chia seeds, they don't have to be soaked before consuming so that makes them easy. But don't get rid of your chia seeds yet because they each excel in different nutrients. I chose to include 1 tablespoon each chia seeds and basil seeds daily. Basil seeds are higher in fiber, but both are excellent sources. Basil seeds are higher in certain polyphenols and calcium, but both are excellent sources. Chia seeds are higher in Omega 3 fatty acids (ALA) Both have similar protein profiles. Basil seeds are a simple food so it's an easy choice to buy them. However, please be careful of claims made by certain people and just consume them for their stated nutrient content and not questionable promises found online.

My morning smoothies finally keeping me full with spoonful of these
I started adding a spoon of these basil seeds into my morning smoothie and right away I noticed I stayed full much longer than usual. The seeds swell up fast and give the drink a nice light texture without changing the flavor too much. My stomach feels calm afterward and I donโt get that mid morning crash like before. They are simple to use and mix well with water or juice too which I tried a couple times on busy days. I appreciate that they give me a clean boost of fiber without upsetting my stomach and now they pretty much became part of my daily routine even if I forget sometimes.
