An amazing phone for the price! The design is sleek, and the display is bright and vibrant. Performance is smooth and perfect for daily use. The camera takes sharp photos, and the battery lasts all day. Overall, it's a fantastic mid-range phone with great value! Highly recommend.

I upgraded from a 9 year old OnePlus 5T to this A55. I was dreading the tedious process of getting all my old contacts, photos, music, apps etc transferred. It was a doddle! Putting the two phones side by side, with the SIM moved to the new phone, starts a magic process of data transfer. Contacts, apps, music, photos, Google login details. My old phone had WiFi access - I don't know if that was needed. Ingenious and very welcome. Mine isn't really "awesome" lilac - more pale with a hint of rainbow effect (iridescence). Not that it matters as it's going into a case of a different colour anyway. The model on the outer box is SM-A556E. On the inner box SM-A556E/DS (Dual SIM). It is top and bottom SIM rather than side-by-side. In the box: 1. Phone 2. Metal pin for ejecting the SIM 3. White USB C cable 4. Samsung Care+ page 5. Warranty Card (Australia Only) page 6. Quick Start Guide. All it tells you is how to put the SIM in. The phone came with Android 14. It went through several automatic updates and is now on Android 16. The fingerprint login has worked every time. I use my pointing finger. Rapid charging is, er, rapid. Trickle charge works fine too if you don't have a Rapid Charger. The phone is currently 40% after two days of ad-hoc use with WiFi permanently on. I'm a lightweight phone user. I play nothing more exciting than Solitaire card games, take some photos, messaging and internet browsing now and then. This phone should easily last me another 9 years. Caution - the rear cameras are raised. If you put the phone on a surface which has the tiniest of tilts the phone always slides off. This is because the full rear face is not in contact with the surface, so there is very little friction to stop it sliding. Mine has slid off the arm of my leather sofa onto the carpet several times now. I thought I had a ghost in the house pushing it off, until I fathomed it out. Other than that - the A55 exceeds the tick boxes I need check. No regrets on getting the A55 over the newer A56.

Very good phone. Works very well, lovely color too, battery life is good and set up was very simple. Delivered before Christmas and I was happy.

My model had documentation in Russian! But the QR code leads to the Samsung web site. It contsins imprtant inforation about tranfering data from old phones. Read it carefilly. Note this phone uses a nsno sim. Buy a case as well. Enjoy this phonr. I am sure I will. Battery life seems fibe.

Legitimate, a working official Samsung phone. Arrived through the mail with no problems. Advantages: It has very good speakers, much better than that of my last phone - very clear and loud, high quality sound. Disadvantages: The selfie camera is still quite weak. A bit stronger than that of my last phone, but still very basic and low-resolution.
