Anabar Protein Bar, The Protein-Packed Candy Bar, Amazing Tasting Protein Bar, No Sugar Alcohols, High Protein, Amazingly Delicious, 20 Grams of Protein (12 Bars, Death by Peanut Butter)

My husband and I love these bars but we received them for Christmas and they were all hard as rock and just impossible to eat. We couldn't return them to amazon but reached out to Anabar directly and they happily sent us a new box. We are very happy with their customer service.

I normally buy these from my gym at Golds and they're so delicious they're my favorite. So I figured I'd buy some in bulk and so I bought these. But the ones I got are hard like a rock and impossible to bite through without some serious biting and chewing. Super disappointed as I was looking forward to having these for the gym. And to make it worse they don't offer refunds or returns. I'd buy anywhere else

I'm not a 'protein bar' guy or a health food person in general. I don't care about carbs or sugars or macros. I just wanted something tasty and protein packed in my backpack for when I skip lunch or breakfast, that didn't taste like garbage health food for protein bar guys trying to hit their macros. I tried one of Anabar's variety packs on a recommendation and they were all edible but just 'okay'. They are not like candy bars. More like big, dense, chewy granola bars kinda with various flavorings. The bars are noticeably peanut-butter based and the chocolate kept melting even at normal temperatures, but they did work great. I had energy and didn't feel hungry . Got a box of Death by Peanut Butter and couldn't be happier. They don't get melty easily like the chocolate ones and they have a nice sweetened peanut butter taste. It feels like what Anabar is supposed to be. Could be sweeter. Going to watch for that PB&J flavor to come back. The marshmallows in some of the ones in the variety pack helped the texture a lot, so some of those in a bar with the peanut butter coating would be nice.

These are Wonderful! They are great tasting and just enough for an afternoon snack. Lots of protein, but tastes like a candy bar. They are a tad expensive.

I'm not sure if I just received a bad batch or if Anabar completely changed their recipe for "Death by Peanut Butter", but the consistency is nothing like the ones I've eaten in the past, including two orders from Amazon. This batch is incredibly hard and difficult to chew. I've eaten a few of them because I don't want to waste money, seeing they aren't cheap, but they're pretty nasty so I won't be eating the rest.

They have great flavor but the picture depicts crunchy toppings that are almost nonexistent. Some of the bars are soft and others are hard to chew. They are not crunchy. My son won't even eat them.

The first fifteen were delightful. I could eat them, they felt fine and they seemed to help my workouts. In the long run I think the strong peanut butter flavor has backfired and no I can't get them down. When my gag reflex subsides I will use them again until my gag reflex returns.

I love ANABAR and this is definitely one of their best flavors—this and the Fluff N Butter.

Simply THE best protein bar in the world. Taste great and has the perfect microns

Contains a lot of harmful substances including red dye. Buyer beware! Wouldn’t buy again.

This product tastes excellent. My son needs to eat more calories thru out the day, these were a great buy for his lunch at school. Doesn’t taste chalky. Tastes like Reece’s peanut butter bar.

Anabar is a highly recommended product. The peanut butter option is not overwhelming which was a pleasant surprise. These bars could pass for regular chocolate bars!

Anabars are my absolute favorite protein bars....but this flavor is not my favorite. This one is "tougher" and enjoyed better if warmed up slightly
