I purchased this thinking it might be the flavoring I needed for a maple black tea. That plan didn't work (I would have had to use too much for my liking-- not fond of sweet tea), but my nephew (10 years) loved the taste of a pinch. A great sweetener when a maple taste is desired. :) I can and will add it to oatmeal or baked goods.

Great for baking—cookies, cakes and frosting. Delicious and nice consistency. You won’t regret this purchase! Great for people with tummy issues and can’t have sugar cane (like me!)

I use maple sugar for baking, coffee and more. This texture is SOFT and SMOOTH and powdery but doesn't leave "maple dust clouds" like some others. It has a texture almost like a whey protein. It dissolves well and sniffs nicely. It is being added to my short list of maple sugars. The SNIFF is great, and the taste is great. This will be my go-to moving forward if available and the value is there.

We love this brand of maple sugar! This is my 2nd purchase. We use the maple sugar to sprinkle over our uncured bacon and ham slices. This paired with apple wood smoked salt makes the bacon!

I wish this would come in bulk, like 5 pounds. But I loved to bake with it.

This sugar is amazing! I used it to make maple creme brulee and it adds the perfect amount of maple flavor to my dessert.

Everything is okay with them maple powder. Just wish they would have sent new one when mine was sent to me expired, they did refund my money, however I will have to purchase again to review my review
