Packaging left a lot to be desired, and not sure if that's Amazon's fault- but this set did not come in a box! It was heavily bubble-wrapped by the manufacturer but then placed in a soft blue & white Amazon shipping BAG?! I ordered two sets and one tray had a very bent edge thanks to a lack of box or even a fragile label. Not wanting to deal with returns right now and knowing the company had very low stock, I was able to bend the tray back into place, well enough to hide the damage. So insane that these were not in Amazon boxes- but we all know how Amazon policies operate... no benefit to customers, sellers, or employees, so no shock there really. Anyway, the coffee/tea sets themselves are beyond gorgeous and they feel incredible! Also incredibly well-made. No rough seams or imperfections anywhere! Each piece has a nice weight to it and one can tell they are made to last. (The metal is clear coated and very smooth to the touch- also meaning careful cleaning with water and a soft rag with a quick dry to preserve them. But the white ceramic coffee cups themselves come out for normal washing easily.) I plan to cherish these forever. So decadent and so stunning.
