Below is a detailed breakdown of the major issues I encountered: Poor Sound Quality: The volume is extremely low, even at maximum settings. The overall audio quality is subpar, especially when compared to significantly more affordable options from brands like OnePlus and boAt. It's almost impossible to hear anything clearly outdoors due to the lack of noise cancellation and weak volume output. Uncomfortable Fit: The design is quite uncomfortable. If you're not used to in-ear styles, this product will likely cause ear pain after short usage. It also doesn't come with any earbud attachments to help with fit or comfort. No Return Policy & Poor Support: Amazon does not allow returns for this product and instead directs you to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is unresponsive—they don't answer calls or offer any real support, making it difficult to resolve issues. Not Worth the Price: Spending ₹12,000 on a product with such poor quality and no support feels like a waste. For the same price, I could have opted for Apple AirPods, which offer far better performance and reliability. The only redeeming quality is the design—the earphones look premium and feel good in hand. But if you're prioritizing sound quality and comfort, this product completely misses the mark. Final Verdict: This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. I genuinely hope Amazon introduces a 0-star rating option in the future, because this product would deserve it.

I wanted a pair of earbuds without silicone tips because they are not suitable for me, especially during the summer. After much research, I decided to get these buds. Initially, after reading reviews, I thought they might not be great, but I trust Marshall as a brand. Trust me, the sound is amazingly clear, with no artificial bass. It sounds very original, and you will hear every instrument played in the music. I only experience discomfort in my right ear, but it is bearable and will likely adjust after regular use. These earbuds are highly recommended for Teams calls.

Got it for a good deal for 7500. Advice is to purchase a case else the Marshall logo might get pealed off if you put it in pocket often. Sound quality is good but not like like 🍎

This is amazing. Its a pure value for money. Light weight and it does hurt the ears. Buy it... no 2 thoughts to it.

Extremely Disappointed, Defective Product & Zero Support I bought these Marshall earbuds as a birthday gift for my brother, and the experience has been nothing but a nightmare. One earbud was completely dead right out of the box. When I tried returning it through Amazon, they pushed me to contact Marshall support. I did exactly that, made the call, explained everything — and still received no proper resolution. I’m stuck with a defective product that I absolutely do not want. For a brand that claims “premium quality,” this is unacceptable. The support has been slow, unhelpful, and honestly shocking for a company of this reputation. I strongly warn others: think twice before buying Marshall earbuds.

With in one year of using , charging/ battery capacity comes down from 20hours to 2hrs Once the case fully charged, atleast 2/3 times used buds in 1st 3-4 months, later slowly reduced and now its 1 time buds charged, case fully discharged Sound quality ok, enough for me, when check with others they said not good

Nice ear buds with excellent dynamic range. First few it was a challenge to pair then became easy. Great battery life and I get two days of use at about 11–12 hours per day. Very comfortable to wear but sometimes they do fall out of the ear. Microphone works well with good audio quality. Sound quality is really outstanding. Good value for the money. Recommended.

Ótimo produto. A faixa de frequências é maior do que outros fones que já tive (Apple, Beats). Perfeito para quem gosta d e ouvir com clareza cada instrumento. Além disso, tem um aplicativo da própria Marshall que permite equalizar os canais do fone. Realmente som de estúdio em um fone de pequenas dimensões. O único downside é que não consegue cancelar muito os ruídos do ambiente. Para chamadas funciona super bem também. Nós ouvem com clareza.
