Price bought at: ₹270 I drive an alto 800 2019 model. It comes with hardened rubber steering wheel which is good to keep keep it look and feel minimalistic but can get irritating when we are driving in sun and the palms start sweating. That is when I realized the need for having a cover on the steering wheel. I have gone through enormous number of slip on covers and the stitch type ones and have finalized this one after considering the cons of slip on covers. The quality is good. It feels great to hold the steering with this one on. It has a good texture to it. Though it looks different from images, the one I received is perfect to my likings. It takes effort to put it on. I am a newbie for any form of stitching, so making knots was a hassle for me. Looping through the stitches of the cover doesn't take much effort except when you have to find the loops at the bottom part of it while putting it on. Tip: Try to keep the tension in the string as much as possible so you can get a snug fit on the steering wheel. I seem to have not tightened it enough thus I have a free moving cover over the steering wheel which at times makes it feel uncomfortable while taking tight turns and when it required vigorous turns of the steering wheel. Verdict: I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a steering wheel wrap provided they have minimum skill in looping the thread through and can make knots from under the cover. __________________________________________ Update after using it over 3 months: This runs larger for Alto steering. It is not a dealbreaker in any way. It is still holding well and is better than the bare steering wheel which gets slippery when hands build sweat. Initially it holds well but looking at how close the stitches are and the free play it will have after using it for a while, this might not be the best fit for Alto 800. If the width of the wrap is reduced to fit it, we should be well sorted. Manufacturers please note this as feedback and introduce a narrow version of the same which I would be interested to buy.

Price is low however product quality is not that good. The suction caps are very cheap and not working properly.

Value for money

The sun shades are extremely thin and provide very little protection from sunlight. They do not block heat or glare effectively, and the sunlight still passes through almost directly, making them ineffective during hot daytime driving. Due to the low material thickness, the quality feels poor and not durable. For better performance, the product clearly needs higher GSM material to offer proper sun and UV protection. In its current form, it does not serve the main purpose of a car window sun shade. Overall, this product requires significant improvement in material quality to be considered useful.

Not so good quality product; looks down market. The mesh was stretched at many places. Size is not as desired.
