I do not understand the reasoning behind some of the negative reviews.
I am a real person, in fact a pro baker. I read a lot of reviews stating that this emulsion smells bad and does not flavor well. I found this to be absolutely not true at all. In fact I am not sure what emulsion the others purchased lol but it wasn't this one. This smells amazing and it really flavors your baked goods really well. I was very pleased with this flavoring and will buy it again in the future.

Black Walnut Flavor
Very good flavor to be imitation. Used in my carrot cake. The cake had a very good blacking walnut taste.

Very good flavor
I use this to flavor drinks with the flavor of rum. With some of my medications I am not allowed to drink alcohol.🍺 🍺 🍺 For my taste, I use 2 tablespoons of rum flavoring with four packets of fake sugar,. Oh, then I add six 500 mL of water and 200 mL of ice. Shake it very well so that it is cold🧊 , Then enjoy the drink

Pineapple extract
I'm diabetic so I rarely eat fruit so I use fruit extracts.I added this to my chicken and almond salad similar to Jason's Deli.I also used it mixed with cream cheese as well as toasted coconut.

I just have gotten the oldest bottle
I was so excited for this product to the reviews. It was sooo dark, look like oil for a car. It made all my desserts taste like car oil. It has THEE WORST AFTERTASTE. I had to refund several customers for their dessert! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS BRAND OR PRODUCT EVER AGAIN
