Works as intended, doesn't slap quite as hard as some of the other pumps but absolutely worth the price. Love the tangy flavour and how easily it mixes, if you want a little boost in the gym but don't want the stimmy jitters then i would definitely recommend!

I was crashing after the effects of the caffeine based tropical wore off and also couldn't sleep at night. This stuff tastes better and whilst I do not get that initial caffeine rush, it is doing something as I dont feel any less energy in the gym it just feels different and I sleep better, so win win
