Best Zinc Pincolate tablets in the market... highly absorbable only that 30mg is much too much for me, so I break the tablet in a quarter pieces with a tablet cutter and take a piece a day!!! It works!!

Label is quite misleading. They wrote 30mg zinc picolinate per serving in big bold letters and 2 tablets per serve in smaller letters that too at back side of the bottle.

One of the better bio-available form of zinc. It is a supplement one should take off and on as zinc is involved in many body cellular functions.
