What an amazing product. After using it for a few months now, I absolutely love it. Small but mighty is how can best describe it, as it charges faster than any other product I’ve tested when I used Nikon and Leica cameras. The digital charge level readouts are fantastic and very accurate. It also came with its own storage pouch, which makes it ideal for travel when I take an extra battery. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would buy it again without hesitation.

I wan’t originally looking for a battery charger as I already had one. What I wanted was a protector or cap for the charged batteries in my camera bag to keep their contacts from touching anything metal which could ruin them. The Llano charger was recommended by a fellow photographer. It is a dual battery charger while my other charger only can handle a single battery. The Llano charger connects to a wall outlet by a USB-C cable which charges my batteries quickly. It has a digital display on the front that shows the charge level for each battery. When not charging it is a convenient place to safely store my batteries. The only downside I’ve found is the charger is heavy and a little bulky when loaded with 2 batteries. Overall the charger is not large when sitting on the shelf but when in my camera bag size and weight become an issue as the day goes on. To get around it I charge the batteries before going out, load one in the camera, and keep the 2 spare charged batteries in a filter sleeve. That way the charger stays at home and the batteries are kept separated and protected in 2 of the filter sleeve pouches. Much lighter when on the go.

These batteries do not last on a charge as the OEM batteries. I expected this but one of the batteries goes from half-charged to low/depleted very quickly. I like the charging case. Very convenient and compact for travel, but I will likely spend money OEM batteries and charger.

Likes: Charge time is fantastic. In one hour, battery went from 7% to 92%. It took one hour and 13 minutes to reach 100%. It tells you the exact battery level, not four bars, confusing symbols or lights. It's very sturdy and well built; it'll survive life inside my camera bag even on backcountry hiking trips. Love the percentage display of the battery level while in use. (See attached video.) It's not black, so it's easy to find in my camera bag. Did not get warm at all while charging. The slots for SD cards are helpful. It's cute. The design looks like an anime camera. Dislikes: I deducted one star because I really wish it'd turn itself off when the batteries were fully charged. The instructions say "When not in use, please unplug the power plug." Why? Is it a safety concern, or does it damage the charger (or my battery) to leave it plugged in? Is turning it off with the on/off button not good enough? Which begs the question, why is there an on/off button at all? Is it OK to charge overnight and unplug the next day? Guess not, and that's annoying. For now, I'll put it on a smart plug because otherwise I'd worry about causing any damage. The lanyard was difficult to attach and it's just too small; it couldn't even fit on the wrist of a toddler. Overall I really like this little battery case charger. I'm pretty sick of the traditional chargers cluttering up my workspace. They're usually so flimsy they tip over, and contact with my batteries is often lost. I also like being able to grab my charged batteries and charger together in one, handy case.

Best portable charger and SD card holder to have that compliments you're fujifilm camera. This is a faster charger than the stock one or straight USB C, it gives your a digital indicator for power in each which is an excellent touch. Reminds me of those portable mini mics as far as looks. Definitely a must have accessory for your X camera.

One of the important capabilities of a Li-Ion battery charger is the ability to monitor the internal temperature of that battery using the circuitry of the battery. That's why, for Fujifilm's own chargers, there are three contacts labeled (+), (T). and (-). They correspond to the battery's (+), (T), and (-) contacts. (You can probably figure out what the "T" stands for.) The faster the charger, the more critical that thermal information is. Before I made this purchase, a made some careful requests of Rufus, making sure that I was asking about having three contact pins in each of the two charging pockets. Rufus responded in the affirmative, stating that the charger used the battery's internal circuitry. Now, several days later -- after my charger arrived and I examined it -- Rufus has changed his story. I'm aware of only one other manufacturer, besides Fujifilm, that monitors the battery's internal temperature. This "might" be less of a problem when using Fujifilm's own batteries, but with counterfeits and knock-off batteries the risks may be greater.

I purchased this after my normal charger started giving incorrect battery charge indicator. This was very nice looking, charges the battery accurately and you will be able to tell if one of your batteries is nearly gone bad. Helped me sort through some of the bad batches I had. Definitely worth buying

It’s must have item when you buy fujifilm camera as mostly the camera not come with the charger, it’s very handy you can carry put in your bag to store your spare batteries. It’s have fast charging feature really useful when you want to charge your battery quickly and also you can store your SD card in it. Happy with my purchased!

This is a super little charger. Its fast portable and very light. Plus you can carry spare batteries in it when travelling 10 out of 10

This thing is probably the handiest thing in my kit as it's where I can find my batteries and cards.

Great charger. The display makes it great to check battery level too, and it charges well, and fast, from a decent power bank or fast USB-C charger. One small point that lost it a star, nothing major but when it doesn't have batteries in it, the lid is a little heavy so it can cause the unit to not stand up; it falls over backwards. Not a problem when it's loaded, but annoying when you first take it out to load the batteries. Comes with a nice pouch to keep it with the cable, and keep the display scratch free.
