I like it and I like the extra handle. The light and the siren were simply extras. But, sad news, it fell to the ground and when it did, the light and the siren must have broken the connection to the battery as they no longer worked. No good, but not a real loss.

These are great. The height can be adjusted easily. The handle is comfortable to men and women and the balance and weight make it easy to use.

I love this cane. I have even reordered. It has a great design to use while walking and the bonus handle grip lower on the cane that helps you to stand from a seated position. It also folds to a compact size to easily carry in purse, tote, or backpack. I do have a complaint about the design incorporating the flashlight and alarm buzzer. It must have a poor connective housing for the 2 batteries , as it draines the batteries when not in use, within 2 days. Disappointing feature. I tried new batteries 3 additional times, and each time the cane would drain the batteries.

I have bought new batteries twice. The horn squeaked a few times. The light turned on twice. I bought it this way before I needed it, so I am past the return period. I like the handle. I like the support. I just wish it had the extras that I paid extra for.It fell over once while standing on the floor, and my dog bumped into it, breaking the light cover. The light cover is not protected in any way. The one I am purchasing now has a recessed light that is protected from falls.

I was looking at another recommended brand but read this cane's generally strong reviews and decided to buy it. The lower handle helps me to stand easily from a sitting position, then folds out of the way. The cane itself folds for travel and can be secured by a clip on the strap, and there's a strong cord connecting the cane's sections, which seems more durable than the springs found in some others. I like the handle's built-in light, but wish the alarm button was less accessible; you can't disable the feature, & it goes off any time I lean the wrong side of the cane against a hard surface. The height can be adjusted with a push button. It will stand on its own on a floor or other even surface, but not on a carpet. The cane is also a little noisy to walk with; my husband knows when I'm coming from the next room. Overall, however, I'm satisfied with the product and glad I bought it.

This cane is pretty good. I purchased three of these for some elderly people at my church because I wanted them to have the flashlight feature for added safety when they're walking at night time. They all really like the cane, and they like the flashlight and handle that assists them when they stand up. They also like the siren on the cane in case they have a problem, fall, or something of that sort. The only thing I noticed about the cane is that it's not really all that stuff or strong. It certainly does not have a very confidence building strength feel to it. I would just say it's good for the price, but you are getting what you pay for sturdiness wise.

Manufacturer box was crushed & retaped. It should have been in an Amazon box not Amazon envelope! The batteries keep falling out It’s just not sturdy and I had surgery 3 weeks ago. Now I’mStuck with a Cancun sorry I gotHow do I return without box my husband thru away because it was torn & taped

Works just like the description says. I feel very stable using the cane, and the light and alarm works easily and the alarm is comforting if I am in need of help.

This item does not stand. It kept falling over and the latch kept opening and eventually the battery compartment got broken. Therefore, I have no light and alarm. The glass on the light kept falling off. In other words, I waisted my money. I will not buy another one.,

piece of junk pieces fell off as soon as I got it would not buy. was to be a replacement but cannot use now

Mine just arrived today but I cannot get the light or alarm to work!
