⭐️ 1/5 — At least everything I own smells good now 🙃The fabric softener smells amazing… what’s left of it, anyway… one of my bottles arrived about HALF EMPTY because apparently shipping a giant bottle of liquid loose in a plastic mailer bag seemed like a reasonable idea.It leaked EVERYWHERE. All over the inside of the bag, all over the other items in my order, all over my hands and sink while I was trying to unpack and clean everything. Thankfully some of my other items were individually wrapped, because otherwise they would’ve been completely ruined.Why on earth would you ship a large bottle of liquid in a BAG with other merchandise and no protection around it?! At minimum, liquids should be sealed separately in case they leak.Huge thank you to my Amazon driver for actually warning me that the package was leaking when he sat it on my porch. Otherwise I would’ve carried it straight through my house and left a lovely little trail of fabric softener behind me that my 2 doodles would have licked up…So yes, it smells great. Unfortunately, half of the bottle is currently scenting the packaging, my other purchases, my sink, and probably the Amazon delivery van.10/10 scent. 1/10 shipping. Would’ve loved to actually receive the other half of the bottle I paid for. 🙃

Need to tighten those caps before shipping, giving 5 star based on product not the way it was shipped, Great product if you can get it delivered full and not with the cap loose leaking out half the liquid, back to back it's happened twice, ordered last week and got it leaky and below half full so reordered and the new one came in leaking just above half full, need to tighten those caps before shipping !!
