Bought two versions of this light, one for my 2004 Silverado and one for my daughter's 2016 Silverado. Hers was necessary since her factory light housing was cracked and leaking. This new fixture corrects that issue perfectly. For my 2004 Silverado, it was simply an update since I had already replaced the headlights and tail lights. I noticed too late that the description says "strobe" (we did not want that function), I would not have purchased it if I had seen that ... but I was happy when I installed them to find that they do NOT strobe. Perfect fit - the same profile as the factory lens. Nice updated look on both trucks, and nice bright LEDS. (On my 2004, the LEDs were dimmer than the incandescent bulbs that were there. Some other reviews mention this, but that is not an issue with the product - it is the truck wiring only producing 7V and these require 12V. Some quick internet searching reveals ways to fix the dim-LED issue). Self-adhesive gasket is included for behind the housing and for each screw. Screws were not included (I reused the factory screws).

The light is a little tough to install, but it is worth it when it is all said and done. The led's are very bright and work great. The price is good too and the quality is great. The wiring is plug and play with no modifications needed. Roll down the rear window (if you can) to make install easier.

Dropped it down to 1 star. Had issues with it from the second I plugged it in. The cargo lamps stayed lit up regardless on whether my cargo lamp switch was on or off. The only difference was it would be dim with the switch off and bright with the switch on. It's illegal for white lights to face the rear of the vehicle when driving down the road. I contacted their 24/7 customer service messaging center, their customer service phone number, and sent an email. I have not received any response from this company at all. If it works for you then great, but I wouldn't recommend buying something not even the company stands behind.

Had been trying to find a way to replace my cracked, waterlogged CHMSL Was never able to find info on whatever Opel or Rover Lotus pulled their original fixture from before they placed it in their plastic shroud after they introduced the 111R. Fabbing up some angle brackets to a cut piece of extruded aluminum and I had something that looked pretty factory unless you looked really closely and is far cheaper than the ~$300 that the Lotus part was from them even when it was still readily available. Presumably any OJ Bronco-era CHMSL would work the same way for this, but this had the best looking design in my opinion and the lighted area extending outside the screw holes makes this about as wide of a light as the original one was in a much smaller space. Brightness is about in line with the original LED.

Looks good works well and easy install. How ever not sure if it was a manufacturer error or if its normal but the mounting holes were not drilled all the way through. it was a pretty simple thing to fix with my drill press, while I was at it I also drilled out some drain holes on the back side were on oem the bulbs would be as it isn't a sealed unit.

Se ven muy bien a la hora de frenar, pero en mi caso dejaron de funcionar a las dos demandas, pero sí me hicieron válida la garantía, eso es lo que me deja conforme, me hubiese gustado más que aún funcionara porque se veían muy bien. La luz de cargo casi no se ve, pero sí enciende.
