They made the packaging more friendly which is good and the coffee makes you feel great. You can even clean the burrs every brew if you use a hand grinder, you could do this with electric too but might take longer. With hand grinders, there's other parts you can clean to seriously better the brew even beyond the best baristas, such as the catch cup.

Perfect for pour over which is my preferred method of making coffee. It's my go-to coffee bean that I have on auto-ship from Amazon. Very reasonably priced for such a quality bean.
