A liquid iron suppliment without side effects
Some solid iron suppliments can have undesirable side effects but these have not affected me at all. They also help me get through blood donations as they require a minimum level of iron to be able to donate, as the liquid form seem to be able to be absorbed much quicker.

Nurses recommend it!
After Radio Therapy , Cancer op, a cough that nearly carried me off!! 🥴 A stroke and left hospital with Covid! I’m hoping the nurses are right! They say take in the morning with orange juice. If you suffer with Consipation be aware.

Metal taste lasts
I Don’t like taste but my friend can cope with it. I think I’d rather lick my car, less of a metal taste and lasts for years.!!
