There are several features about this pan that I love - let me list the ways! I appreciate the green slip surface of the scratch resistance materials. I can feel good about cooking in a pan that isn't poisoning me while I fry my eggs - I like the deep design for making stews or heating up leftovers. The Lid is light and fits tight and the special little spot on the lid for releasing steam is a nice touch - there is an icon of steam that lets you know. This pan heats up nicely; quickly and distributes the heat throughout the entire surface - there is not guessing where you need to get to in order to sear of fry. I like the little notch for the nicely designed wooden spatula that comes with the pan. And best of all this pan is built to go from stovetop to oven. Outside of the oven - the handle stays cool, which is...well...cool. Remember to use a hot pad when your taking it out of the oven though - Other pans I've owned; I had to place a piece of aluminium foil over the lid handle - so this is a very nice feature. The color choices are also just a sweet feature of this brand - Our Place has the right ideas. I look forward to purchasing MORE....

My son got me this for Christmas and it’s become my favorite go to pan. I appreciate the basket and spot for the wooden spoon. It cooks evenly and cleans like a dream. I look forward to building my collection

This pan is a DREAM. The day we received it, I tossed all of our other pans out. They say this one will work for everything, so I wanted to test that theory. It's true! We use it for eggs, baking, frying, steaming, sauteing, quite literally everything. The size is perfection, the handles are very sturdy and smooth, the non-stick surface is WILD to me, and for the first time ever I can cook food on medium to low heat and it actually cooks faster than it used to in my old pans on a higher heat. Water will boil when it's only turned up to a 3 (out of 10). Eggs come out perfect every time. We only use wooden spurtles or a silicone spatula in ours, so it still looks brand new with zero scratches or chips. There are also no spots where it has gotten darker from food burning on it. You do need to follow the directions on a pan like this. Don't wash it or put it in water until it is completely cooled off! Someone told me that protects the ceramic coating on it. I can't confirm if that's what is actually protecting it or not, but mine still looks brand new and it has been used 1-2x/day for over a year. I love it so much I have bought more to gift to family members :) Everyone needs a good pan like this! **The ONLY negative is the pan lid and holder opposite of the handle get HOT. Like, really hot. I would recommend buying some silicone covers for them because if you're like me and convince yourself "you'll remember" and you won't touch them...trust me, you will forget every single time and touch it anyway.
