I have used Dewalt tools for many years—one of the two best companies that consistently delivers excellent reliability. The best additional comment is that they are not made in China. This is one of the best jump boxes.

This machine worked one time and does not work anymore for the money I paid distinct sucks. I would like to know what’s the date I bought it and they didn’t have a guarantee.

DO NOT BIY THIS! I purchased this for my son on Amazon so it would be delivered to his home across the country. He used it once or twice, then gifted it to me when he got an EV and didn’t need it anymore. I have other, more professional jump packs so I just threw it in my truck and never used it. I had occasion to use it recently and the jump function would not work. The rest of the functions did work. I contacted the service line in the book, you don’t get dewalt on the phone, you get the shady company that manufactured it. The woman on the line was very rude. I read her the serial number and she said too bad, it’s out of the warranty period. I explained to her that it had only been used maybe two times…she rudely said again it’s out of the warranty period! Almost all my power tools, and I have a lot of them, are dewalt. I’m generally happy with my dewalt tools…but this thing is garbage. And they won’t stand behind it. My other son who has all Milwaukee tools laughed at me, said he hoped I learned. Indeed. Very disappointed.

So far so good, jump started a riding mower, outboard & 4 wheeler. Air compressor is adequate for utility jobs, haven't tried a car tire yet. Easy to use, and handy for on the go activities.

First one was smashed return it second arrived on time and works great

Bought one for reduced price from Amazon Warehouse with description that said "Used-Mint". Came with no original manufacturer's box, no manual and only slight indication it had been used. Initially I set it to charge and after a few hours the LCD went blank that I took to indicate the unit was fully charged. I hit the light switch and the charge voltage indicated 13.1 volts. For the first test, I used the compressor to top off tire pressure on two vehicles including the spares. First note of interest is LCD display seems to stop incrementing higher at just below pressure. For roughly 30 seconds, the compressor continues to run with no update in pressure until it shuts off at the set pressure. However when I checked the tire pressure with a digital gauge it indicated one pound greater than the set pressure. I.e. set at 35 and continues to run until shut off at 36. Same with spare set at 60 and shut off at 61. Second, The USB power does not stay on for small charging loads. I connected a small speaker for a top off charge and the power station shut off before the small speaker was fully charged. I then connected a 4-cell battery charger to it and it stayed on.

Perfect jump starter. I like how it automatically goes to jump start once the cables are attached. Haven’t used the other features but stay tuned.
