Review after 2 weeks:- The cycle arrived earlier than the scheduled date in Amazon. Installation scheduled in next 2 days. The technician arrived on time, did a quick installation and went. The installation was good. The ride quality is good with gears. I had a small issue with gear shifting, i raised a call with Cultsport and a technician came next day. He made some fine tuning and explained the proper shifting sequence so that the chain and the gear wheels doesn't get damaged soon. I had trouble in shifting from 1st to 2nd gear on the front, the chain kept dropping. But later managed to do it. In the rearside, shifting from 7th Gear to 6th gear was an issue, but got solved after the tuning by the technician. The packaging and the delivery was good, but i got the rear reflector (red colour) broken. :( As many mentioned in the reviews, the seat is not comfortable at all. It's time for Cultsport to look into the seat design and update. I'm using a seat cover, but still find it difficult. Build is strong, posture is good. Tyres are also good. Rest everything is good about the bicycle. Overall the cycle has a pretty impressive look and looks stylish and good for long distance. I'm clocking 15kms daily on an average in 35-50 mins. 3 months subscription to the cultsport app is a wonderful thing along with the cycle. I had scheduled for a yoga session and it was done by Uma Saini. She was very puntual and the session was wonderful. She covered a variety of asanas in half hour and concluded with a small meditation. Some breathing excercises if included could also be beneficial. Surprisingly, I got a call from dietician named Surya A, she had enquired my current health condition and my targets and proposed a daily food course to follow. She also was interested in following up that the plan is available and visible on the app, and whether i'm tracking on it. The app also provides information about the local weekend bike ride tours and it was so great..

Not at all good. Paddle fallen off due to ware and tare of metal threads within one month of usage on smooth city roads. (No rough and off roading usage). Also seat suddenly gets lose and gets twisted while riding on the, which is very risky and life threatening. Customer care doesn't respond to emails. Only gor automated replay that they will respond in 24 hours and never came back. Avoid by all means. Not a good product. update: Even after 10 days no response from customer care. The Cult Tollfree call keeps me on wait for 5 mins and then disconnects saying "We are not able to connect you due to high volume of calls...". Sent multiple emails for customer care to see only an automated reply saying "We will get back in 24 hours..." , But never received any reply. Very disappointed with hopeless service and never again any Cult products. Goodbye

Review after 2 weeks:- The cycle came almost 80% assembled and I could not wait for the installation scheduled in next 2 days so I assembled it myself and took it for a ride then itself. The ride quality is good with gears having smooth shift except while shifting to 7th Gear the chain often drops and I have to get down to put over the chain on the rear freewheel. This is very annoying, I guess this is a manufacturing defect. Also, I found that while shifting gears not every shift click leads to a gear change rather I found on shifting 2 gears then the gear changes suddenly by 2 steps which is not acceptable. Rest everything is good about the bycycle. Built is strong, posture is good, seat is average in terms of comfort, I recommend to use a Gel seat cover for enhanced comfort. Disk brakes are very efficient and smooth. Tyres are good nylon tire with nice grip and imported from Sri Lanka. Overall the cycle has a pretty impressive look and looks stylish and good for long distance. I'm clocking 12kms daily on an average in 30-35 mins for cardio and it's a pleasure biking. Dietician Arpita Ghosh called me in approx a week's time and adviced me with a diet plan after knowing my health condition in details. She was very patient and listened to me very carefully and worked out the diet plan. Also, she is following up with me on how I am abiding by the diet plan. This is impressive. However, after completing of 3 months (free diet consultant) I will share another detailed feedback about my Dietician. Overall, I would like to strongly recommend you guys to go for Urban Terrain bikes. They are providing best quality at this price with Cult Sport Dietician complimentary for 3 months. Go for it!!!

After much research online and by visiting various shops, I shortlisted this cycle Urban terrain for my 10 year old son and for myself too. On time cycle was delivered by Amazon via blue dart without any dent/scratch. Thanks a ton for that ! Very next day technician visited for cycle assembly and he assembled the cycle. I noticed that back fender fixing showed in the installation video and actual fixing were different. It was not very easy to fix it. Also front fender had some manufacturing defect which we managed to overcome by locally adjusting it. However the main point was with the gear system which showed some issues and the technician was not able to fix it. Due to which I had to take it to the nearest local shop and the problem was resolved. As technician informed the issue to Cult sport team, they had followed up with me many times and it was ensured the problem was resolved or else they were ready for a quick replacement of cycle. Also another positive thing was that they are presently processing a reimbursement amount which I had to spend locally to get the issue resolved. Kudos to the team for showing such positive attitude. Pros 1. Good built cycle 2. Cult sport team was very supportive. Not even a single time I had to call them for coordination. The team was always there to support and coordinate. 3. Gear shifts are very smooth 4. Good confidence while riding the cycle 5. Dietician Ms. Surya had provided some good suggestions to improve my overall health. Special Thanks for that. Also ensured to support further too. Cons 1. Cycle bell is not good. Need to replace with new for efficient use. 2. I had to replace the seats as it was not suitable for long rides. New seats were purchased and replaced after few days of purchase.
