I think cycle was good but shippment was not good it breaked the disk brake holder and it was bend wheel was not in alignment

Bike is good but front suspension, mud guard and seat quality is not satisfied. Can be better. Overall good to ride.

The paddle came off within 2 weeks as treading is worn off , The technician appointed for cycle installation also did not do the proper fitting as back tyre margard became loose within a week as screw fitting was not done properly. The front tyre margard is cross fitted. Both tyres rims are out ,noticed while riding. Poor Quality.

This is amazing 21 gear cycle and value for money Smooth shifting gear ⚙️

I bought cycle in the month of August 2025.But now gear not working, Kindly suggest what to do.

Heavy bike, should be light in weight. Stickers are of bad quality. Shock absorbers are never in working conditions. Remaining features are good

First I would start with what’s good - ( compared to my Decathlon bike) 1. Brakes are disc, so better! 2. Gear changing levers are easier to operate with a smoother transition between gears even at slow movement. What could be better - 1. Seat height adjustment is pathetic, has a very small rod which limits the options. 2. You REALLY feel the bike when riding over a bump or a speed break- really! 3. Handles have no additional cover other than the default rubber? Or plastic or something that will leave an impression on your palms and fingers! 4. The tools provided were very basic which kept loosening the handle attachment and the seat - unless I paid the extra for the service - a demotivator foe someone who does a lot of things myself. 5. I don’t think the shockers are absorbing anything as you really feel everything. Hence the rating is poor.
