Confiabilidad

Buen producto con concentraciones adecuadas

I always take magnesium but have now found a local product.

There are a few things I've noticed that might be helpful for others considering it. First off, I didn’t realize at first that you need to take three caplets daily to get the full dose of 1800mg of Magnesium Malate. That breaks down to 207mg of actual magnesium, which is only 49% of the recommended daily allowance. So, while it’s a decent boost to my magnesium intake, it doesn’t quite hit the full daily requirement on its own. One of the things I do like about this supplement is the form of magnesium it provides. Magnesium Malate is known to be gentle on the stomach, and I haven't experienced any of the digestive issues that can sometimes come with magnesium supplements. The caplets are also coated, which makes them easy to swallow, even though you need to take three of them. Carlyle seems committed to providing high-quality supplements. It's vegetarian, non-GMO, and free from a lot of common allergens and additives like gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial colors, and flavors. This is important to me because I try to avoid unnecessary additives and prefer supplements that are as clean as possible. In terms of effects, I’ve been taking it mainly to support muscle function and overall energy levels. I can't say I've noticed dramatic changes, but I do feel like my muscle cramps have reduced somewhat, which is a good sign. It might take a bit longer to see more pronounced benefits, which is often the case with supplements. Another positive aspect is that Carlyle manufacturers their supplements in a facility that is laboratory tested for trusted ingredients and superior quality. Overall, while the dosage requirements and actual magnesium content were a bit of a surprise, I still find this supplement to be a solid choice. It's high-quality, easy on the stomach, and free from unwanted additives. If you’re looking for a magnesium supplement and don’t mind taking multiple caplets, this could be a good fit for you. Of course, it's recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider before taking a new supplement.
