This is the second electric scooter I bought because the previous one was lost. I like my Riceel R50 electric scooter very much, I am satisfied with the quality and appearance, it worth the money, I ride it to work every day. if I takes half an hour to walk, but only 5 minutes to ride an electric scooter. It is also very energy-saving, I only charge it once every two weeks. I think anyone who gets on an electric scooter will use it, it's so easy to operate. It is suitable for all beginners, it makes you feel the exciting speed.

Very easy to use. Bought as a gift for my son. He loves it. He doesn't go far on it....just plays on the field. Never ran out of battery in-between charges. Maintains speed. Breaks well.

I bought this scooter a little over three months ago and was initially quite happy with it. The ride was smooth, the battery lasted a decent amount of time, and it felt like good value for the money. Unfortunately, after only three months of light use, it completely stopped working and can no longer be ridden. I tried charging it, checking the display and basic troubleshooting, but nothing helped. It’s really disappointing, especially since I expected it to last much longer given the price. Overall, I cannot recommend this scooter because of its poor durability.

Absolutely great although it’s hard to connect to the app, it works great perfect speed and easy/functional to use I got this for me and it works great BUYY IT!

Speedy little scooter. Up to 17mph. Battery capacity not amazing and gets about 10-12 miles per charge I think. I only weigh 9.5 stones. Some screws need tightening up every week or so because no suspension means a rattly ride, but over all, for the money (we paid £219) it's good enough and gets me from A to B quickly. So far, so good. It looks like the chaos in blue no longer care about scooter riders and have bigger fish to fry these days, so not much to worry with this side of things anymore. As long as people ride responsibly, there's no reason for that to need to change.

My son loves this was bought as a Birthday gift ,He was very impressed by the quality and appearance of this scooter, looks professional, very sturdy and smart. My son loves it .And it’s easy charging and brilliant packaging and instructions! I love it can be easy to fold and wasn’t use too much space. Really recommend it!

I bought this scooter mid 2025. Bought it for my son's school commuting. He loves scooter so much and likes to to go and come back from school with it. It's been a great experience since then. In late 2025, there was an issue with the scooter in relation to speed. It was not moving fast. I contacted the seller. I was surprised because the seller shipped it to and fro fee of charge and fixed everything as well. ollect anything from me! I was surprised. Again in early April 2026, there was another issue which I want to reason was due to wear and tear. I contacted th seller again expecting that I would be charged this time. To my surprise, the seller significantly repaired the scooter, serviced it to almost new, and even included a new charger, all free of charge. In addition, the seller shipped it to and from without charging a penny! To the best of my knowledge, these guys are the best of the best when it comes to customer care that I have experienced so far in the UK! In terms of communication, they are also good...responding to my messages as soon as possible. I am still surprised at their services to date because I was not expecting anything to be free like they have done. I give them 1000 ⭐! Thank you, dear seller!

Great scooter but quite a few charging issues to begin with. Seller takes days to respond so quite frustrating. Nice scooter when all running smoothly
