I’ve been using the Neutrogena toner for a while and it’s really useful in my routine. The product itself is great. Gentle on dry and sensitive skin. I wish that the packaging came with a safety seal underneath the cap or that it was shipped with tape over the cap to prevent spills when shipped. I subscribe and save this product and every month it is thrown in with food and other items that would be damaged if the cap broke inside the shipping box. Some extra care for packaging to ship this product is needed.

This gentle toner is the perfect finishing touch when cleaning my face. Getting this through Amazon can be more reliable as I have found local drug stores sell out of this product.
