I got this to help with my long endurance events. There is no taste. It says that it’s supposed to be like a lemon lime or a citrus. There’s no taste.I think it’s working OK, but I’m not impressed with it. I’m trying to find something that’s not gonna upset my stomach, which this does not upset my stomach so that’s nice but at the same time I need something that can help me do 70 mile days and I still feel like I’m falling flat even taking this

First ingredient is maltodextrin. Glucose is not listed in the ingredients. The pictured bag says "2:1 glucose:fructose" on the FRONT of the bag. On the bag I received, these words were not written on the bag as pictured in the listing. Maltodextrin is not glucose, but perhaps it is converted to glucose? I wouldn't know. Glucose is not listed in the ingredients.
