These are great quality bands. I love the mesh bag they come in, although I do wish it was a little wider so it wasn't so challenging to get the bands back in. The bands are high quality, durable and comfortable. Occasionally they fold over/roll when exercising but I could be doing it wrong. It came with a small instruction book to do some exercises although I don't think an all of them are possible with these bands. Not sure who created this and if they actually used the bands to create the manual.

They seem very durable and feel like they are high quality material. The colors are vibrant and make it easy to know exactly which one you are grabbing. The pamphlet shows 12 different exercises. I absolutely love these.

Cute little band set. This is a great beginner set, the resistance is not very strong on two lowest bands, but they certainly can be used for warm ups, or for a recovery. The top three have much more resistance, but not too much. I did have trouble with keeping them in place under my knees, they kept rolling- but think ot was because of the type of working pants I was wearing. So looking forward to using them again. They are great colors and have a little satchel that all five bands can fit into. Easy to carry or put into your gym bag.

Took some time to really use these, put them through some workouts...The levels of resistance meets my needs and also my teenage son who also uses them. These are use for home workouts, so barefoot all the time and they're slippery nor greatly grippy. Very versatile for the workouts, fit nice and snug to my feet, ankles, knees, hands...not bad. Good quality from the amount of time I've had them and used them. Longevity remains to be seen but for now I am pleased.

I bought these resistance bands on Amazon after using similar bands in Physical Therapy sessions while recovering from a recent surgery. I like the elastic material they are made of, and the colors are perfectly subtle, which helps not add any more clutter to my exercise room, which I like a lot. They appear to be very durable; they are graduated in resistance, which adds to their stability, as I have not detected any loose or weak points when using them. They are very easy to use and very portable. I take one or two bands with me to work and use them on breaks; they are perfect for home use.

These resistance bands work well for basic resistance training and casual workouts. If you’re someone who trains more seriously or needs bands for intensive physical therapy, the higher‑end fabric versions will be better. These tend to roll up during leg exercises, which can make it uncomfortable. That said, the price is great for casual use, and they’re lightweight enough to toss in your bag for travel.
