I love this pressure washer! It is so much quieter than my gas powered washer and the hose reel is great. It has plenty of power for cleaning vinyl deck railings and the deck itself. The company is amazing too! I had an issue with my unit and they sent me a replacement immediately. My neighbor bought the hose reel and when the reel stopped working properly they sent him another one right away. I will continue buying their products because they stand behind them.

I wanted to like this product soooo much! Very frustrating! Loved how it set up, the way it hung and ease of use, but!!!! The power was so poor, it wouldn’t clean a thing!! I started with the mid level, returned that and then went to the 3800psi version and all the same. It was never over 1000 psi. I found a you tube video where a power wash guy tested the Giraffe products and it was the same. He said it was the worst washer he had ever tested. He put an actual gauge on the end and couldn’t break 1000psi with the smallest single stream end. The only saving grace was that they took the returns with no fuss and a customer service person reached out and tried to play nice, so I appreciated that. Poorly made pump!!!

Just got this from prime day, and tested out today, I can’t believe this pressure washer cost this high of cost at low pressure given . It’s suppose to be 3300psi, but only given not even 2000psi. Disappointed getting this washer, can’t even compare with my other electric pressure washer . Update: Today Nov 20th, I have already returned the previous product to Giraffe Back in Oct, and recently they have got me the replacement due to the first order issued a problem for the mis-shipped me the used product and cause the problem and misfunction. and I'm hoping their product as great as the value. but there's one thing I'm sure is, they have great customer service. I'm very satisfied and their knowledge and to solved any question to customer. Once again, thank you and will have it try on when the weather allowed.

Originally, I left a 1-star review after our pressure washer failed within 30 minutes of first use — the unit started leaking internally, and the hose burst immediately. We were so disappointed after spending time mounting it, setting it up perfectly, and preparing to put it to good use. However, I’m now updating my review to 5 stars because the manufacturer completely turned the experience around. They responded quickly, handled the issue professionally, and sent us a replacement without hassle. The new unit works perfectly, and we’re very satisfied customers. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference!

Works OK needs more gallons per minute behind it. I’m very concerned about how long it’s gonna last as it seems to be a little bit chintzy with that side though for the time being it is working and it does do a good job of quickly washing off cars I just not sure about it’s long-term Reliability .

I finally pulled the trigger on one of these when it went on sale. It has 100% satisfied it's purpose, to get me to wash my vehicles much more often. I was going far too long between washes because it was too inconvenient. It's so easy to use this pressure washer that there's no excuse for me now. The included foam cannon was a nice plus. I also got the Giraffe vacuum, it's ok, but also fullfills the need to clean the interior much more often.

Nice machine but broke during the 3rd use if you want a response and a fast one i went on theire facebook page its the only place i got a response and it was fast in less then a month they helped me and replaced the damaged goods im really impress with them and amazon thank you for your help and thank you girrafe tools for honoring your product.

J’ai acheté ce produit de au mois de novembre, j’ai fait un appel de service à la compagnie sans aucun suivi, le boyau, je dois le rouler à la main, les ressorts ne fonctionne pas, et j’ai aucun service après-vente. Je suis très déçu de la qualité du Produit.

Excellent product. Great pressure, quiet operation, comes with good selection of nozzle tips and soap gun works excellent. Very convenient being wall mounted and plumbed in but easy to make portable if needed. 100’ hose is perfect for my application and reaches anywhere inside and outside my garage.

Great product . Easy and convenient but not as powerful as my other gas pressure washer.
