Very hard to put the cover on after the parts are all together. The cover almost doesn't fit. Make sure to put together as the instruction says.

The chair is incredibly sturdy, and the fabric feels durable. I bought it for my son for gaming and movies, and it has been a huge hit. It’s comfortable and compact, fitting perfectly in our room without taking up too much space; he even sits in it to use his laptop. A quick tip for assembly: follow the instructions to tighten the screws only halfway at first, then fully tighten them once the frame is aligned.

The product page and listing doesn’t fully disclose that the chair comes completely unassembled and need significant effort. Everything from metal bar and cover is tight and requires a lot of forcing parts to fit. I thought I broke it during a few times. Also the company is misleading buyers as the listing shows early in the year, this was a full chair with wheels, and they’ve changed it to floor chair.

It is ALMOST exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something that was VERY rocky, this was not quite that, he had to work harder to come back up than a rocking chair version. We did not assemble the stoppers, allowing him the ability to rock it back all the way down. As an adult I found it still. You can feel the wood frame in some parts, but it didnt phase him. All in all a good purchase. No rips/tears after a month.

This product took my soul. I love putting furniture together and have had plenty of experience but this piece is by far the worst thing I have ever put together. Quality wise it works but getting there is torture. I followed the video step by step but once we got to that “tricky” part in the video the word impossible should be used instead. I had to really force the bars connecting the two sides in place because the mesh is so tight there is no wiggle room to move the bars into place easily. Unfortunately, I have to go through this process twice because I bought two chairs for my two kids. I was able to complete the first one after 2 hours. I’m on the second chair and again there needs to be a better model. I’m on hour 2 and still am in awe at how completely hard this whole set up is. As far as quality goes the product is good but getting there will have your sweating like a sailor and then some. No, I did not reach out to customer support and I don’t want a new one. I just want to vent my frustrations and move on from this nightmare. What needs fixing. The mesh is too tight. The bars don’t fit.
