It's almost a year since I bought it, and still as good as new considering I've been using it almost everyday for boiling, steaming, cooking rice, and stir fry (meal for one) . It's good quality and easy to clean. The reason I am looking at it again cos I need to by another one exactly the same since I've been using it for everything, so I might as well let others know/write a review.

The Topwit Electric Cooker has brought a great excitement to me! It is a versatile and portable pot that revolutionizes how I prepare my meals. A 1.5L capacity means I can easily make ramen or pasta and not only these, but also other types of dishes quickly. I find the simplicity of operation and quickness in operation of this pot to be its best features. No matter what meal I'm preparing — be it breakfast, lunch or dinner — this cooker always delivers perfectly cooked food every time I use it. The small size of the pot makes it suitable for any small kitchen, dormitory room, and even outside picnics.

3 MONTH UPDATE: The power consumption has changed to 425 watts on low and 575 watts on high. When it was new it used 335 watts on low and 685 watts on high. I use it almost every day. It works (only on low) with my 600 watt pure sine wave inverter. The non stick coating still looks like new. Super easy to clean. Cooks almost everything really fast without heating the outside of the pot. I do need to watch it constantly to prevent burning because there's only 2 heat settings. 400F +- and off. Con: 1. The pot traps odors no matter how thoroughly I clean it. I've tried hot water and soap, baking soda, and vinegar. Today I ordered one of their stainless steel pots only to boil water because I don't want my coffee to smell like fried chicken. I'll use this non stick pot for everything else. NOTE: It's recommended to evenly coat all non stick surfaces with at least a couple drops of oil before adding food. I believe most complaints about sticking and durability is because people assume non stick means they can cook without any oil whatsoever. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Took 10 minutes to boil 16 oz water on low. Same time as boiling 16 oz on my gas stove on low. Bottom of pot was not hot at all. Side of pot was only 123F with 212F water inside. Quite impressive if it turns out to be durable and lasts a while. The very limited warranty is only 90 days. Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Nice steamer basket. Appears to be stainless steel. Instructions were machine translated from Chinese to English so barely understandable.

I've been using the Topwit Hot Pot for several months now, and I absolutely love it. This versatile pot has become my go-to for nearly all my heating and cooking needs, and I use it several times a day. It’s great for heating up canned ravioli, leftovers, and soup, as well as cooking noodles and steaming vegetables like broccoli and carrots. I even use it to toast bread! The pot makes the best ramen and is incredibly easy to use for a variety of dishes. One of the standout features of the Topwit Hot Pot is how easy it is to clean. The non-stick surface ensures that food residue doesn't cling, and I have never had to soak it or take any drastic measures to clean it. After unplugging, I tilt it to avoid water dripping into the plug-in port and use my sink’s water wand to rinse out any debris. A bit of water and dish soap, a quick wipe, and a rinse are all it takes. I then dry it immediately. Given that I use and wash this pot several times a day, I can confidently say that the cleaning process is very simple. My only complaints are minor but worth mentioning. I wish the pot was larger because many recipes call for more water than it can hold. For instance, mac and cheese typically requires six cups of water, but I can only use three cups in this pot. That said, three cups work fine, and you don't really need as much water as most recipes suggest. However, a larger capacity would make things easier, like being able to cook a full bag of pasta instead of just half. The other con is that you can't submerge the pot in water for cleaning. However, once you get the hang of the cleaning process, this isn't a major issue. A word of caution: you rarely need to use the second power setting. It gets extremely hot and should only be used for boiling water, as it can burn food quickly if you're not careful. Overall, the Topwit Hot Pot is a fantastic, versatile appliance that has made my daily cooking and heating tasks much easier.
