Sole Serenity Good Night Foot Pads, Support Achy Feet, Sleep (20 Pads)

I have worn for 2 nights. Feet & legs feel great. I have neuropathy, seems to help. Yes I must wear socks to keep them on. Yes the pads were black & feet sticky but so worth it for less leg agitation & a good nights sleep. I will order again.

I’ve been using these overnight foot pads as part of my nighttime routine, and they’re surprisingly relaxing. They stick well, don’t slip off while I sleep, and feel gentle on the skin. I wake up with my feet feeling softer and refreshed—not dry or irritated. I love that they’re infused with plant and mineral ingredients, which makes them feel more like a self-care ritual than just a product. I wouldn’t call it a miracle detox, but I do notice my feet feel smoother and more comfortable in the morning. Perfect for winding down at night, especially if you’re on your feet a lot. Would definitely repurchase.

Love these, lets me get the rest I need, just enough magnesium. The smell is kinda yucky in the AM but worth it for the sleep.

I like that it stays in place overnight when you are wearing socks and I have not gotten any adhesive stuck on the socks when removing them from my feet. The pads themselves seem to be removing a lot of discolored material overnight as seen in other peoples pictures. What you might not like is that you really do need to have socks on at night in bed. If your feet are not warm enough, they will not perspire, and the effectiveness of the pad will be limited just cause there's not enough stuff for it to absorb. I made that mistake a couple times before figuring out it was me and not the pad so there were white sections that were basically wasted space because my feet were too dry... so I made sure to keep my feet warm and wear two pairs of socks instead of just putting on the pads and using my normal blankets. It feels weird to walk around with them so it's really a better idea to wear them overnight. They are not kidding when they tell you to wash your feet after you remove the pads. There is probably going to be discolored stuff on your feet as well as may be a little adhesive and you don't wanna have that on you all day. And the discolored stuff will get other surfaces if you don't wipe it off your feet and then wash them. The odor of the used pads did not seem that bad to me. Of course it's noticeable it's toxic goo. But it's not the kind of thing that's going to stink up your kitchen trash. I will continue to use these as a supplement to other natural detox methods that are gentle, such as castor oil compresses, which you can research online they don't go on your feet.

They stick on well . Barely feel anything. I’m still not sure if they did anything though. Since I have cronic insomnia, they didn’t make any difference regarding my sleep. They were very dark when removed next morning, and a honey like smell was evident. Easy to take off & wash off any adhesive residue. I’ll keep trying them, till they run out to see if anything actually happens.

This seems to work great, but my body never felt any different. The pads were comfortable to sleep in, and I just worse socks over them. They came off easy and the moisture left a sticky residue on my foot. I will continue to use these for the 30 days that it recommends!

Product easy to use and fell fresh very effective literally whenever I wake up in the morning I am tried after use this the results is so amazing I wake very fresh and no heavyness in body I sleep 😴 very well I love the product size is small so I use easy I love the color is very natural
