I purchased this set seven months ago and really fell in love with it. This shampoo and conditioner have finally restored the elusive natural shine to my color-treated "senior" hair, which is the result I had been trying new products on an ongoing basis trying to find without success for the past several years. I used to use Lush shampoo bars and loved them for a while, and have also used a few different solid conditioners, but it seemed everything that used to work stopped working for me a few years ago and my hair has been annoyingly dull, lacking the shine and body it once had. After the very first shampoo with the Kitsch bars, I noticed a change and my hair felt amazing...I adjusted the way I used the conditioner (just on hands first; then on hair; NOT directly on hair), and within a week my shine started to return. In another week, the fullness, body and shine of my hair at its best was restored. I have short hair and wash it between twice and three times a week, and I'm so delighted that I only just had to purchase my second shampoo bar as I was finally down to crumbs-- and my conditioner bar still has lots of life left as it has barely diminished! I do know to keep them out of the direct water and dry between washings to keep the bars from breaking up or melting to make them last, but seven months is quite a long time for a shampoo bar, and I'm sure I have months left on the conditioner. Pretty amazing value. The fragrance is light and lovely, and my hair feels soft, bouncy, and healthy again instead of dry, lifeless, and dull. Best of all, it's finally shiny!! I have tried so many shampoos and conditioners (and a few much pricier ones) that purported to restore shine and not one of them came close to what these have done! Thank you Kitsch!! I'm now a devoted fan!!

I am 💯 converting to rice bar shampoo and conditioner after using this 2 times. I was shocked at how soft, shiny and voluminous my hair was after the first wash. I noticed it did not look greasy or gross after a day of sweat and outdoor heat. I was surprised I needed such a minimal amount of product to get my long hair super sudsy. The conditioner made my hair easy to brush through without a leave in product or oil. I am obsessed with the smell also! The Rosemary and lavender is the perfect fresh scent. I will be buying these for gifts for my family and friends to try also!

When I opened the package I was very surprised at how small the product was, probably the same width as the length of my finger. Had very little hope for this as I have thick and curly hair. Shampoo worked really good. as soon as I scrubbed a little the shampoo lathered my hair. I then used a scalp massager to smooth everything out. The conditioner wasn’t as satisfying, still nice tho. Went to comb my hair, was very tangled but predicted that happening after using the bars. Will update as I plan to continue using! Hair feels nice and has a slight odor residue not strong, I like it so far

So I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just have to for this product. I have really loved this shampoo conditioner bar set! I have always had a dry scalp, flaky the works. The only way I can get away from the flakes is by using specific dandruff shampoo. But my skin isn’t really a fan of the chemicals.. Well, I decided to give this product a chance, seeing how I’m also looking for ways to reduce my plastic waste. Well between using these bars, and a scalp brush consistently, my hair is clean, flake free and actually getting shinier, I am also using a leave in conditioner which I’m sure is helping with that too. But overall, I am very pleased. I plan to keep using this shampoo/conditioner combo! The rosemary is so fresh smelling and also is supposed to help with regrowth? I’m still pretty early in using it, so I guess time will tell, but over all I’m very happy with it.

Yes, this is really really good shampoo and conditioner. Bought it for my husband, hopefully it slow down hair slows. If anything it’s gentle and maybe that by itself will help. I’ll try to update in a month or two.

For years, I have struggled to find the right shampoo and conditioner to use on my scalp. This is the first time since I can remember that a product has not made my scalp itch and breakout. I have tried everything! My hair is so soft and clean and I’m down to only washing it once a week. It does not get oily or hard to manage. This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used! Do yourself a favor and just try it out!

Update: Changing this from 5 star to 3 star because my shampoo only lasted about 2 weeks. I received this product on 3/15 and by 3/30 my shampoo bar was so thin it broke in half. Also seems like when you get to the last of it, it’s almost impossible to get a suds. This would be a great product if it only lasted longer. Also I was storing this in a kitsch soap dish. I have struggled with a severely flaky scalp for several years, and nothing I tried ever seemed to truly work long-term. I had also heard that your scalp can become dependent on dandruff shampoos, so I really wanted to find something more natural that addressed the root problem instead of just masking it. I used the Kitsch Rosemary & Biotin shampoo and conditioner bars along with the scalp & hair oil for the first time yesterday, and I am honestly so impressed already. My hair feels and looks amazing, I got a really good lather from the shampoo bar, and best of all — no flaking whatsoever after my first use, which is huge for me. The scent is also absolutely amazing — clean and fresh without being overpowering. Even my fiancé noticed and said he liked how my hair smelled and looked. I’m really excited to see how my scalp and hair improve with continued use. If anything changes over time, I will definitely come back and update my review, but so far this has been one of the most promising products I've tried.

Been using this for 2.5 months. I have dyed red hair (on the brighter side). It has not faded or affected the color at all. I wash about every other day, using both shampoo and conditioner. I have mid-back length hair, and only condition the bottom. The shampoo will be gone before the conditioner because of this. I suspect that this will last me at least another 2-3 months. The box says 100 washes. That seems accurate for medium length hair. Smells nice / neutral. The smell is not strong, not perfumy at all. It's rosemary, but very very light. I didn't expect that, as other rosemary products I've tried can be overpowering. This one is pleasant. Definitely is a space saver, and a plastic preventer. The shampoo does foam and is easy to apply - I use the paint brush method. The conditioner doesn't foam, as expected, and I like that it's a C shape. That shape makes it easy to apply by just pushing down the strands against your head. If you haven't used a bar conditioner before, it takes a little getting used to applying it - and I think the shape of this helps.

Don't hesitate to try the Kitsch Rosemary and Biotin & Conditioner Set for Hair Growth!!!! My hair has become so thin, dull and looked really dreadful so much so that I was so embarrassed going out. After shampooing and Conditioning with Kitsch I was happy to see that it had done wonders for my hair it looked so much thicker, shiny and healthy. Looks like I will be always using this shampoo and Conditioner Set.
