We ordered 2 chairs both have little damage. We like the chairs but not the quality. The delivery (delhivery) guy literally dragged the box to the first floor. I regret ordering this in online.

Do not purchase!!
Would have given a zero rating if I could.. within a few months of domestic use, the chair got tilted and became risky for reclining and also became too uncomfortable to sit.. it hurts both back and thighs.. Absolutely unusable product.. do not purchase!!!
