The dough hook is great!! It’s a little loose but it works perfectly fine.

I’m am pretty apprehensive buying off brand after market accessories for my kitchen aid. I started making my own bread and the kitchen aid brand was sold out, so I took the risk and bought this one. It fits perfect! The quality is great also. My kids put it in the dishwasher and it cleaned up well. I the used it more than a dozen times now and it still looks like new.

Do not buy this if you have a kitchenaid mixer. It is too small. I put it on my mixer to use it for the first time and it got stuck. The part that attaches to the mixer itself is too short and it got stuck.

I ordered the C hook because it is like the one that came with the Artisan Kitchen Aid which seems to work more efficiently than the dough hook on my original k45. I found the coating in the mounting hole was not removed therefore it would not fit on the beater shaft. I returned for a replacement hopping it was just a fluke in manufacturing. As it turned out it was just a fluke. The replacement fits better. Not perfect but I am hopeful after I use it a time or two it will be perfect

I like the dough hook. It fits perfectly on my kitchen aid. So far, it is durable so good quality. It’s easy to clean.
