La Tortilla Factory Cocina Fresca Barbacoa Slow Cooker Sauce Starter

I wonder if this company has gone out of business. This was my favorite seasoning for beef, and the only place I can find it is here on Amazon. I have a feeling that once it's gone, it's gone :(

I bought this because a friend recommended it, and raved about it. I had pretty high hopes. It was just pretty good. For the price, I probably wouldn't buy it again.

This made for such a yummy and delicious dinner! Definitely recommend!

Just bought a packet of this in a grocery store far from my house, made it for dinner, and came here to buy more! I’ve made barbacoa from scratch and while it’s not hard and doesn’t have a ton of ingredients, this packet has just as much flavor in one step. I made it in my Instant Pot (30 min cooking plus time for pressuring up and down). Yum!

I received these from a friend whose husband works for a taste testing company. They are to die for. I mean legit Mexican flavors at home with none of the work. I ended up looking them up to get more and I am disappointed by the price tag. It may be worth buying those as it made the meat THAT good. Just as a forewarning though, most of these have oil in them which makes the meat a tad bit greasy. It didn't stop me from eating it though.
