Theraworx Relief Foam, 7.1 Fl. Oz (Pack of 3)

I am giving 5 stars and here's why. The first time I used Theraworx I applied it to my legs before a morning swim. I have always been prone to leg cramps and more recently I am getting them everywhere...hands, feet, lower rib cage (muscle bulges out) and back. Anyway, I got some cramps on my morning swim so I kind of wrote it off as a product that didn't work. This all changed due to the following. I recently spent an entire day working in the yard under a hot sun. When I started my body was already in a dehydrated state and I started cramping in the middle of the day in my abdomen/rib cage area. In a half-desperate state I applied Theraworx and after some rubbing and a few minutes I obtained relief. This lasted the rest of the day. At the end of the day I wanted only one thing.........a cold beer. I know that is not good due to the dehydrating effects of the alcohol but I did it anyway. After a few beers and dinner, I got up from my recliner and both my legs immediately seized with agonizing inner thigh cramps. I crawled to get my bottle and generously applied it. After a few minutes my legs were fine. At this point I figured I should also apply it to my abdomen/rib cage as a preemptive measure . I never got cramps there and I was fine for the entire night. Even when I'd stretch in bed during the night, I did not seize up as I normally do. Since then I've had success using it on my feet as well. So now I'm a believer and I am glad I purchased the 3 pack. I hope this helps someone. Cheers!

Works quick and fairly easy to apply even in middle of night, with a case of" jolt you out of bed calf cramps!"

This product has lived up to and exceeded my expectations. I have had night time leg cramps for many years. I have tried many solutions and some worked better than others but this product works every time. I like the foam over the liquid as it is easier to control with much less waste than the liquid spray. It does not work instantly but within five minutes I am usually able to go back to bed. I also take electrolyte replacement during the day and I eat one banana every day. I am so happy that I tried this even after reading some negative reviews. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from leg cramps at night. I rarely get cramps during the day but I would not hesitate to grab this if I did. Just massage it into the area and the cramps go away.

Nice and affordable for every day. I have fibromyalgia and ehlers danlos syndrome and cramps are a serious issue for me on a regular basis and I spend a lot of time and money on cramp prevention and relief. I can only use three or four professional grade lidocaine patches a day which means I have lots of other parts of the body that still need some cramp therapy. I used to spend a fortune on sticky magnesium creams and sprays that had to be washed off and were messy. This is a great product that goes on lightly with little to no scent and fades away with no residue at all so you forget you even put anything on. I like to use it before bed or before I have to drive (leg cramp prevention) because it dries immediately and it works as a prophylactic therapy. I've also had some success using it on my arms and other areas. It's gentle and does not dry or irritate like some other sprays. I also really like the roll-on version of this product for cramps on my stomach. It's great for large parts of the body and maintaining your baseline, so you can save your prescription or pricier products just for the acute problem areas.

I initially used a full can of the spray, rather than the foam. I did not like the spray because I felt there was too much waste in the overspray when spraying on my legs. It had no effect on my leg cramps. I then tried the foam, which was much better. I sprayed it into my hand, then rubbed it on my legs. While it took almost a month of using it twice daily, as directed, it did eventually work and I had five nights in a row with no leg cramps. First time in years! During that time, however, I noticed a burning sensation on my legs when the warm water from the shower hit them. I continued for a few more days but showers were getting increasingly more painful, so I discontinued use. Upon closely examining my legs, I noticed red striated lines all over them. I am assuming it was a reaction to the Theraworx. I have not used it for a month and the lines and burning are disappearing. I plan to try again, starting more slowly this time. Will probably try one application, once a day, and slowly build up. I think this is a good product, and definitely worth a try.

Awesome stuff nothing better super rich and creamy and sticks to where ya put it with out running off like other. It's the only shave cream I purchase. Have used this over 12 yrs

Theraworx has been a life changer for me! I would wake in the middle of the night in excruciating pain. Sometimes I would be sleeping and screaming in pain and my husband would wake me up to try and help. I'd just have to wait it out until the pain and spasms stopped. I have Bursitis and calcifications developing in my hip. It's not going to get any better and the Dr. doesn't recommend surgery, thank God. It's only going to get worse. My husband tried Therawork for cramps he'd get in the middle of the night and we were amazed how well it works. I figured I'd try it as I had nothing to lose. I now use it every night before I go to bed and haven't had an issue yet. It's been months now and I will never leave home without it or run out of it! It's been a miracle worker for me! I'm not one to usually write reviews, but this product is so amazing, I had to! I've told so many of my friends about it and they have thanked me over and over again! This is the real deal!!! Thanks Theraworx for giving my sleep and sanity back!!
