Love this mat. It's long, thick and very cushioning when using for floor exercises. Color is just as pictured. The strap is a little janky, but other than that it's great!!!

Thicker is better for comfort i was told & its true. Fome is sturdy & supportive, soft at the same time. Good product 👌

My wife loves this mat for her Pilates. The thickness is super thick, and it feels very sturdy and supportive — way more comfortable than thinner mats, especially for knees and elbows. It also comes with a strap, which makes it easy to roll up and carry or store. As of right now I don’t have any negatives at all. The only thing I can say is I’m just hoping it lasts and holds up over time, because we plan to use it a lot. So far though, it feels very well-made and we’re happy with it.

This high density foam mat is wonderful, especially for people with bad knees. When you get down to do exercises the cushion is perfect, but not too much and very stable when moving around to do exercises. Very easy to clean if you sweat a lot and no odor!

We ordered this mat for it's thickness. We use it at home as both of us "oldies" are getting PT and need to exercise. It is good density yet durable and we roll it when not using it. It has a carry strap although we don't transport it. I really like the light green color, so it looks good. When on hands and knees it's stable and supports me. I practice getting up and down from the floor, so the stability matters. It would be 5 stars, but we needed to put it in the garage to "off-gas" the plastic smell for a few days. I also mopped it and hosed it down since we are putting our bodies on it. All that was easy enough, but needs to be done.

The thickness of this mat and the density of the foam make this the best mat I’ve ever owned. I love mine so much that I came back and bought another one for my husband. We’ve both been working out for about 37 years, and we’ve gone through tons of workout mats. I will use this one until it wears out (many years down the road) and then buy a new one just like it. At our age, the more cushioning the better for our knees, hips, wrists and shoulders. I’ve been having a lot of wrist pain during plank routines, and this mat helps so much that I can start back up doing workouts I had quit doing due to wrist pain. The large size and extra width of this mat are great for floor-based legwork and mat-based pilates. I wear tennis shoes on this mat and do not “baby” it. I’ve had no issues with cracking. The material is like “memory foam” in that it compacts down some while still supporting the areas where pressure is applied. Then, over the next few minutes after you get off of it, it springs back up to its original flat position. Worth every penny!

Love the 1" thickness. Makes floor exercise much more pleasant. Probably wouldn't want to take it to a class as its pretty big and bulky but perfect for home use.

For someone like me who does frequent workouts at home, and having some boney parts of the body, the typical 0.25 or 0.5 inch thickness mattress was literally a pain to use for some exercises. I never looked at the thickness before but after trying this mat it's so comfortable with 0 pain during those exercises I suffered when using a thinner mat. It's definitely worth its price, and feels pretty good quality and good grip so it doesn't slip even during more intense activity. Super happy with the purchase!

According to the description and photos it should be teal, it was clearly black, on the photos in was mentioned that it will be including the carry stripe, it was also not there or I have not seen it
