it hurts the gum

This product is not soft but rather stiff and uncomfortable. It is not a living hinge but rather forces your mouth open. The size 2 forces your jaw so far forward that it hurts and is not natural or effective. The lower part of the mouthpiece dug into my gums and hurt far too much to be able to get used to or to sleep. This cheap product is just that. Needed a fast product while I work on getting a dentist and doctor fitted product but just wasted time and money

歯医者で作成したマウスピースが壊れ、マウスピース無しで寝ていたところ、いびきがうるさく、睡眠が浅くなってしまいました。普段の2時間前に目が覚めてしまい、体調も悪化していました。中度の睡眠時無呼吸症候群です。 このマウスピースで、とても深く眠れるようになりました。いびきもなくなりました。ただ、若干使いづらいところもあります。 舌の先の方が痛くなることと、前歯が斜めの部分に圧力が掛かり痛くなることです。 メリットに比べて大したことは無いので星5です。付け続けて、前歯がアーチ状になると嬉しいのですが、これは10日ほどの使用では分かりません。

I don’t generally write reviews, but after trying this product for several months, I felt it was appropriate to provide some feedback. When I first purchased it, I began using it in conjunction with some sleep and snoring tracking apps. Initially, it was difficult as I struggled to keep the mouthpiece in my mouth all night. It would generally leave my mouth dry, making it uncomfortable on my jaw and upper teeth. Even though my sleep and snoring apps showed that my snoring and apnea were improving during the hours I was wearing it, I stopped using it for a few weeks. Later, I decided to come back and try the mouthpiece again after my sleep scores worsened, and I decided to wear it all night, regardless. I was shocked at how well I could sleep after eventually getting used to it. I have been experiencing no sleep apnea, and my snoring is much quieter and occurs less often and for lower durations. I hope you find this device as helpful as I have.
