Jansen Art Studio Heritage MultiMedia Acrylic (2.5 oz, Ultramarine Blue)

Cannot say enough about these paints except how sadly it'll feel for alol thise others that haven't gotten to try these out. But once you to, chances are you won't ever want to return to the lower quality. These Make You Feel Like an Artist; heck it almost paints it for you. Wink. LOVE ALL OF THE HERITAGE LINE and the Prices for these Paints are quite surprising. Finally getting a lot of quality for almost nothing! Even got my Sister-in-law hooked on these and she was pretty set and comfortable with what she's been using. But now her Portraits look so much Sharper and Cleaner; the colors just blend so naturally; To me they look like a print ....that's how smooth they come across on my iPad. Amazing changes

These are some of the very best paints I have ever used!! The pure rich pigmentation, the creamy silky texture, and the best of all, .... the flexibility to convert to any form of paint that your project requires. Here is how it works,...(honestly &truly magical)... They can become anything as thick and rich as oil paint, to flowy, translucent, and thin as watercolor. Really!! All you do is using the appropriate medium additive to the exact same paint. Gone are the days of buying a bunch of very expensive Oil Paints and then another set of of Acrylic paints and etc...now by adding the correct additive medium you can paint as or on what you like, use different papers textures, wood, anything your project requires, and just adjust add the appropriate medium additive in your paint. Moreover, the paints themselves are super rich and bursting with color pigments. Gone are the days that the big brand name companies could fool us by advertising the mediocre pigmented colors and charge astronomical prices. Compare to Heritage, those European paints look like school kids watercolor sets. Throughout the years I have used them all. Tried many classic paints, right along with modified versions...Nothing quite compares with Heritage. A small tiny amount truly goes a long way. You would notice it the best while using them as water color. A dab of medium, then dip in water like you normally would paint watercolor. A tiny dot of paint does what an inch of the squeezed paint of other expensive European paints out of tube would do. Honestly,...nothing is as rich and pigmented as Heritage. Since I have been using these my art supply expenses have drastically been reduced...and I do use a lot of paint, especially during the months that I have Acrylic Pouring projects. I spend a lot of money on supplies...until I found Heritage. Talking about The Pouring Method,...with the Extender Medium, the drying time is extended and your paint will no longer get stuck on the medium when pouring, which is a problem that most artists experience. Just Genius!!! As I mentioned, Heritage is the answer to any artists prayer. You can really tell that it was developed by artists.

I have only good things to say about these Heritage Acrylics. They are heavily pigmented. The mix beautifully with each other. I'm retired, and I got hooked on the idea of learning to paint roses about a year ago. Good paint

This is my favorite acrylic I’ve ever used before. And I’ve tried everything including golden and liquitex and basics. This dries matte which I LOVE. And the open time is just the perfect amount of time to blend. These have a different feel then typical acrylics and I just love how it feels to paint with. Definitely order the extender and the open medium as it really adjusts the feel and open time even more. Love these. Will only buy acrylics from them from now on.
