I bought this hand mixer because I was tired of pretending a fork was "good enough." This little machine showed up with the confidence of a professional baker and whipped cream so fast I barely had time to question my life choices. Cake batter? Smooth. Mashed potatoes? Fluffy. My arm muscles? Officially unemployed. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable hand mixer that works hard, cleans up easily, and occasionally redecorates your kitchen with flour, this is the one.

Bought for my wife as a gift. Pretty normal sized hand mixer. It’s very powerful compared to our current mixers. When I was researching mixers this seems to be a good amount of power for the price paid (compared to kitchenaid). I like the storage box since our attachments usually end up in several different drawers, this will keep everything together. I thought it came with two whisk attachments but it just has one, but that’s okay. We haven’t used the easy clean beaters yet, I thought they would be silicone but they’re a harder plastic. Overall I think this is a good mixer to replace our aging mixers.

Self contained storage is a plus. Great mixer. Does the job. Saves your muscles for other things.

I'll start with the only thing I don't like. The "slow start" is not slow. This little dude will whip it, and whip it good. I primarily got it for mixing cookie dough since my Kitchen Aid pushes the butter off to the sides, and it's a pain to keep scooping it back to the middle. I also wanted something to have as a back up when the motor inevitably gives up from mixing dough. This little mixer serves its purpose well! The easy clean attachments are great. Easy to scrape and to wash. I did purchase some deep mixing bowls that will prevent any of the minimal splatter from the intense start power. I don't think it will be an issue with the correct bowls. I haven't used it for anything besides creaming butter and mixing cookies, but I have no doubts it's going to perform perfectly for mixing heavy dough or whipping cream. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the "slow start" is still a bit more than I would like. Too bad there's no throttle or something of the like. For recipes that you don't want to overmix, this might not be an appropriate tool.

Love my ne Hamilton Beach 6-speed mixer. It's everything I could ask for. High quality product and the easy clean beaters are awesome. They are wonderful to blend ingredients for several recipes including cookies and candy and cornbread. Lightweight, easy to handle, as someone mentioned earlier slow speed ia little faster than I would prefer but I love the "user guide" included because it gives examples of speeds to use, very helpful. My delivery was fast and trouble free, exactly what I would expect from Amazon. Excellent product, high quality, exactly as advertised and great product for a good price. Highly recommend.

Does excellent work and the attached container is nice way to store the blades. It appears to be sturdy and easy to operate. I recommend this product for simple recipes, baking, etc. I would buy again.

I have been using the same Hamilton Beach hand mixer I got as a wedding gift 42 years ago. Decided to donate this one to the lake house, and finally get a new one. I bake ALOT so obviously I also have a KitchenAid stand mixer I use most of the time but for small jobs I like a handheld. This is the FOURTH mixer I ordered before finding one that actually has the power it claims to have. I first ordered a Cuisinart, then a Kitchen Aid, then a different Hamilton Beach, ALL OF THEM HAD NO POWER, not like my 42 year old H Beach. Finally, this one has the power it claims (AND IT WAS THE LOWEST PRICE ONE OF THE FOUR!) only thing I would change is that the lowest speed is not quite low enough when mixing flour etc, but I love the new design beaters and the whip attachment for whipping cream, etc. Overall, a great product that I hope to have for another 42 years. Ha, maybe not quite as I'm now 66!! :)

Bought for my wife. She says there is nothing wrong with it. Has lots of power and is intuitive to operate like her old one it replaced. She's on the fence with the dough hooks still. But she said they did work the one time she used them. She really likes the tote that holds all the bits together. She says 5 stars happy life

I was really wanting a solid 6 speed hand mixer, and I liked the idea of this one, with the extra attachments, and the container that fits right under the mixer, so everything is contained. But my problem is that there's no real low speed - it starts off way too fast for my liking, and there's not a lot of delineation between the speeds. It certainly gets the job done, but I wish it had a bit less acceleration off the hop.
