Bought these for my son who works under florescent lights and he say's they help in making the effects of the lights a lot less glaring and softer. He also said they're great for night driving. They came in a plastic zip lock bag, no box, no case or no cleaning cloth, which I found to be pretty cheap. The quality is pretty cheap as well. They definitely won't last. Overall they're helpful but quality is questionable.

Not for me
I got these because I suffer from migraines and work on a computer all day. These were recommended and when I wear them they seem to trigger a migraine worse than not wearing them. Maybe they’ll work for you but definitely not for me.

Be warned of the springs in the earpieces
The lenses are great but the springs squeeze my head too hard and give me a major headache. So they have a very short wear time. Other than that they work great.
