Great way to find your favorite flavor
I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn't sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

Buy this repeatedly
Love this stuff. Really helpful on days when I’m struggling with headaches. The taste is not overwhelming. Love that they don’t have artificial sweeteners as they often are triggers for migraines. I limit my use of them though simply because I watch my sodium intake. Lots of flavors to choose from. Definitely hydrating, dissolve well, and the texture is pretty fine. I will buy on repeat as long as I can get my hands on them!

REAL ELECTOLYTE REPLACEMENT. NOT A SWEET DRINK MIX
I found these through a physio I met in Phoenix after I almost passed out from a near heatstroke. These are the right combination of salts to bring you right back to life. Dissolve great in cold water -- the saltiness takes a bit of getting used to if you are used to sweetened mixes... I add some lime juice to the lime flavors to kick them up a notch and make a banana smoothie with the pina colada for my end of ride cool down. Try all the flavors and find the ones you like the best and then switch over to the single flavor packs. This is great way to taste the full range. Electrolytes, not water are what keeps you from bonking. And the right ones are in these little pouches.

Not terrible, but not for me.
Bought these to try as an alternative to drinking Gatorade Zero for an electrolyte boost. Definitely pricy for just a few single serve packs but wanted to try them all out. Personally loved the strawberry lemonade best. Keep in mind though they definitely are salty (as advertised). I don’t think I like it enough to buy a big container personally. My husband absolutely hated this stuff. I saw a few reviews on here saying that it doesn’t dissolve in water. I used my handheld milk frothing tool to blend the packet contents in a small amount of water first and it completely dissolved. Then I added the rest of my water to dilute. Worked great, zero clumps.
