Didn't last a week
VBUS & VSYS -Had started heating up & charred the space between them. I looked at the Soldering & it could be that the Soldering shorted it, but i cant tell at this point because its pretty blk. Either way something failed with me only flashing micropython & using on a breadboard to blink a led - so no fancy wiring did it.

Il Raspberry Pi Pico W è un prodotto eccellente, ideale sia per chi vuole affacciarsi per la prima volta al mondo dei microcontrollori, sia per gli utenti più esperti. Lo utilizzo da oltre un anno e la sua reattività mi ha davvero stupito. Perfetto per il fai-da-te: L'ho impiegato con successo in piccoli progetti (come stazioni meteo per misurare temperatura e umidità) e, più recentemente, come hub di informazioni per la casa abbinato a un piccolo schermo I2C. Facilità di programmazione: Risulta estremamente versatile anche grazie al supporto per MicroPython. Per chi ha già un minimo di basi di programmazione, imparare a sfruttarlo è semplicissimo. Il confronto con il nuovo modello: Attualmente sto provando anche il suo fratello maggiore (il Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W) e devo dire che la maggiore potenza di calcolo e l'aumento di RAM si fanno decisamente sentire. Onestamente, vista la minima differenza di prezzo, oggi consiglierei di puntare direttamente sulla versione due. Tuttavia, questo primo Pico W rimane ancora una validissima e ottima alternativa per progetti meno esigenti.
