How do I avoid the clogging and static issue?

Over time grounds might be stuck inside the exit chute and performance of ionizer is downgraded. The prodcut comes with a cleaning brush. Cleaning the exit chute using the cleaning brush once a week is required to keep performance & avoid clogging.

How do I get grinder unclogged?

Please use the included allen key to take off the dial indicator and then turn the adjustment dial counter-clockwise until it comes off. Clean all the remaining coffee from grinding chamber and exit chute. Put on the dial and turn clockwise.
