Why did you pick this product vs others?: I researched the heck out of these things to find the best quality/value for the price and I think I nailed it with this one! I use it to make the famous lilikoi foam topper like they serve on the mai tai cocktails in some fine dining restaurants in Hawaii. Find the recipe on YouTube and get one of these whippers and you can do it too! I’m sure there are many other things you can make with this whipper but that’s what I use it for.

Bought this so we could have fresh whipped cream at home, but wishing I had gone with a cheaper option. When it works it is nice to have, but I've had issues with the gaskets leaking and also with the whipped cream coming out runny. It's also much bigger than I expected. That might be good if you using in a restaurant or large gatherings, but for home use it's overkill. I have to put it on its side in the fridge because it's just too tall to fit on any of the shelves. I think there are cheaper options that would be just as good or better for occasional home use.
